to Be Thin》（Air Date 12/12/2000，pbs.com 网站上可以免费看）里面的
Anorexia 的病人。虽然正常人饿得受不了就会自然去觅食；虽然 Anorexia
是一种 mental disorder，生理上的饥饿反射并没有任何问题；但许多
Anorexia 的病人如果不治疗的话，不一定能够像正常人那样“适可而止”的，
可能会导致营养不良，钙质流失，缩短预期寿命，等等后果。
娃还说了，对于不喜欢看电视的人，去图书馆 juvenile non-fiction 那边
借本 Anorexia 的书看看也成。。。
不过娃让我今天不要再打电话给娃了，娃说我们大人要理解，娃们上课也很忙
的，要是再接电话的话，老师们会很生气，后果很严重。。。 |

首先，楼主似乎认为简单和效率就是语言的一切，至少是追求的准则。其实没那么简单
。人不是机器，至少不是机电结构的机器。
至少，人的大脑需要刺激，才能发育起来，看看大脑神经发育学，刚出生的时候，神经
节没有怎么连接起来，视觉都没有完整建立，此后神经末梢飞速生长，无数连接形成又
消失，这是一个学习和生长的过程，与外界刺激互动。而人和动物的不同之处在于，大
脑皮层需要的主要刺激是语言的刺激，人用语言构造世界。
所以，楼主设想的极简和高效语言，搞不好对于文明是毁灭性的。语言的冗余度并非没
有用处，同一个概念，有几十种说法，这是进步，不能用孔乙己那样来简单嘲讽。
英语，据说只要3000各词汇量就基本够用，但是莎士比亚作品有几十万，据说丘吉尔有
百万词汇量。这并不是一个简单效率就能说明的。阅读莎士比亚或者诗经，至少可以帮
助脑神经发育，甚至预防老年痴呆。

In the US, Routine baseline LFT is recommended prior to starting the
standard four-drug therapy, if the tests are normal, no further tests are
needed, unless symptoms develop.If the tests are abnormal, then monthly
monitor is recommended.
Symptoms: unexplained anorexia, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, yellow skin or
eyes, fever, persistent fatigue, abdominal tenderness especially right

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

Infantile anorexia nervosa的可能， 因为这个症状是从宝宝4个月打完疫苗后出现的
，不知道疫苗是否引起了她的厌食。 宝宝现在晚上8点吃最后一餐 （～180ml），她可
以从10点睡到第二天的早上6点，按理说这么长的时间她应该很饿了， 但这时候喂奶，
还是会吐。

多10道medication，2道calculation，一些endocrine，infectious control的题。
有个问题，什么样的题算难题？除了select all，题目里把priority, immediately,
first, most这样的字全部加深highlight，这样的题是难题吗？
我的pattern是前10几题都是单选，topic都知道，没有不认识的病，但很多都不确定，
其中有2道药题。10几题后出现一道多选，然后就是普通的题加priority交替。我发现
我确定对的题后面基本上是priority和select all。最后几题全是priority，自我感觉
应该对，但也有不确定的。最后一题after peritoneal dialysis, which observation

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

signs are anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.), check potassium level
before give Dig.
side effect(the common ones and serere ones)are important. how to assess
patient before give drug, (like, assess pulse before give Digoxin) and what
are the interventions include how to teach your patient.
