中国一名交警在执勤时，用流利的英语应对两名无照驾驶留学生的视频，在互联网上广
为流传，但仔细一听，交警口中说的，竟是熟悉的“新加坡式英语”（Singlish），原
来这名交警曾在我国打工两年。
据《澎湃新闻》报道，上星期三（14日），微博上流传一段视频，两名留学生无照驾驶
无牌摩托车，遇到交警执法时，称不会中文，全程只用英语说话。这名西安交警李岩起
为了应对，立刻用英文和他们交流。由于这名交警应对自如，这段视频很快登上了微博
和秒拍的热门榜，吸引了逾130万的点阅率，并且得到5万多个“赞”和3000则留言。
但从这段为时1分16秒视频中，不难发现交警口中的英文，类似新加坡人熟悉的语法和
口音。例如，在询问对方在自己的国家开车，是否需要驾照时，就用了本地人惯用的语
句“You driving a car in your country, you need a driving license anot?” 。

大公司才不会问你具体Spring怎么配，Hibernate的anotation怎么写，Spring启动的流
程是什么。只有小公司才care你具体做过啥，特别是ICC来的recruiter，他们更本不懂
技术，只关心你简历上是不是有人家要的关键词和你到底做过什么项目。你光会刷题对
小公司没用，但是光学也是没用的，因为你说你会学，人家才不care呢，你没做过正式
项目就是没有，人家HM更本不会pickup你的简历去面试的。
今天面试一个小职位，靠的是Fibonacci，你说需要刷题不，不需要，随便写写loop

实，我直接说了，这个玩意不难，MVW的概念我还是有的，那个就是做controller用的
，但是我的项目更本用不上AngularJS的原因是数据层在SQL就已经全部完成了，前台不
