发帖数: 7142 | 2 对了，我补充一下，这个 Borax 糖水对 carpenter ants 同样有效果。
carpenter ants 是可以啃木头做窝的蚂蚁，对房屋结构有损坏。
这个有点类似白蚁，不同的是白蚁是把木头当粮食， carpenter ants
不吃木头，但是打洞做窝，不管的话会把木头挖空。
但是要注意几点。 Carpenter ants 通常在墙上走，
需要找到离窝比较进的地方放糖水。墙上直接放糖水比较困难，
可以用钉子或者粘钩子做出个横杆子，然后两个很靠近的杆子
中间用保鲜膜绕出个可以装水的小坑，里面装上糖水。
Carpenter ants 很大，一开始使劲吃的话很容易吃干净。
补糖水不要伤害和干扰那些吃饱的蚂蚁，让他们把食物带
回去是关键。
同一个出口只需要放一个 bait。 |

我是garmin的ant+的心率带和footpod，所以要求app支持ant+。
endomondo支持ant+的心率带，但不支持ant+的footpod，据说今年可能会支持，希望是
免费版也支持。我的endomondo是Android的最新版，有心率曲线，用了一年以上各种不
同版本，都是有心率曲线的，当然都是用的Garmin心率带。
能同时支持ant+的心率带和footpod的免费软件我就只找到sportstracklive，室内跑还
可以选择不用GPS，用的挺好。不过我不用贴微信，fb什么的，所以也不看重什么社交

this method is ok. but slow. And if you have a dog or a cat in your yards,
pesticide may be dangerous to them.
2) hammer it
this method is fast. sometimes the ants can bite you if you hammer them.

3) heat gun
this method is fast. But it is difficult to kill ants in the deep hole.

，Garmin论坛上无数抱怨换电池时候把螺丝拧花的问题。我的第一根Garmin心率带在换
电池时候四颗螺丝拧花了三颗，只能霸王硬上弓撬开了，估计里面电板有损坏了，就死
翘翘了。
第二根Gramin心率带用了快半年了，电池要更换了。这次我在网上Google了很久，有人
推荐的PH00螺丝刀，特地买了一套，小心翼翼的拧螺丝，结果四颗还是拧花了一颗。只
能又是硬生生的撬开了。
Garmin真的要吃点屎补补脑子。Footpod的换电池设计就很好。Motorola的心率带的设
计就很好，可以用硬币打开换电池。但是Motorola的心率带我用了半年左右，然后就很
不稳定了。
Suunto也是ANT+协议，Garmin的我是不会买了，Polar买了也不能用，Motorola也不行
了。于是买了一根Suunto的Dual，换电池就是很方便的撬开，没有螺丝。Suunto的心率
