that before, to use a $6EB to buy anther deal for $6EB and got the same bar
code EB. I guess it's because the two transactions are so close so the
system treated it as one.
But she used two cards, should be no problem. |

A: You can file 485 at the same time. The problem is if your 140 is
denied,
you waste the money for filing 485.

My weakest point is no citations for my work yet. The reasons are :1) all
publications are relatively new; 2) my field is relatively narrow.

websites for journals, conferences, awards), then you need to find support
in the RL.
Typically, it is not a good idea to revise the RL once it has been signed.
So you will need to find more references who is willing to sign anther RL in
order to support the point addressed in your PL.
So the answer to your question is "Depends on your PL" |
