作为当年的参与者，这么多年过去了，人变得成熟理性了。我认为六四悲剧的责任归属
大体上应该是这样的：
学生：幼稚，被野心家阴谋家利用，责任为 10%。
政府：内部争权夺利，处置适当，错过最佳解决问题的时机。责任为 30%。
柴玲为代表的野心家、阴谋家：一心激化矛盾，一心要天安门“血流成河”，责任为
60%！

发帖数: 391 | 44 这周遇到一件相当棘手的情况，最近拿了一个本地公司的offer，让最迟下周一决定后
签字，并且
信上写的anticipated starting date是两周后。由于offer上写明了雇佣关系要在诸多
手续(包括background check，drug test，H1B transfer application等等)完成后才
能生效，同时现公司规定员工离职前需要send 2 weeks notice，现在各种没有头绪，
大致有下列疑问:
1)签了offer还会有风险么？因为如果anticipated starting date不能延后，就意味着
必须在签offer的当天向现公司提出辞职，但不知道offer签了以后，新公司还会不会出
现变数？假如辞职后又不能按时入职新公司，就悲剧了;
2)从律师着手申请H1B transfer，到可以合法开始新工作，需要多长时间？两周来得及
么？
第一次换工作，真心请教大家，希望能给点建议！

楼主目前在一家大公司做solar inverter 研发（我是EE方向，不是CS）。由于公司管
理层有倾向消减研发（但我再呆上半年应该没问题），所以我在找别的机会。看到加州
硅谷一家小公司有要求非常match的职位，也做solar，另外会接触一些我想学的东西，
就申请了。后来电面比较顺利，但也了解到这是一家目前不到10人的startup。
虽然对startup从未有了解，但由于我有绿卡，就想去试试。On site面试前我网上学习
了一下关于去startup面试的建议。比如问他们potential customer base，engineer
team，什么样的产品。但后来面试时除了第一个问题被告知应用很广泛外，另两个方面
我都没有给自己找到很好的答案。Engineer team只能说还行，有几个linkin上说有10
几年经验，但一个最资深的负责硬件的中国人工程师因家有急事要回中国，只在电话里
问了个好，没能见面。至于什么样的产品，被告知由于保密，一点也没有透漏。
