had to wash his toes every time when he come back from outside and 3 times a
day regularlly. But it's getting better.the vet gave him some antihistamine
and said if this and the wash does not clear the allergy, he will be put on

blood glucose is not very well maintain. Even thought there is no sign of
wound infection, the copious amount of fluid expressing from wound warrant a

precipitates her vaginitis. Also, oral antifungal is not a prophylaxis
manner of preventing candida infection.
2.A better control of glucose level will be the next step. The acute problem
is wound healing. Glucose level of 240, is not that severe. Insulin drip
would be first line for DKA.
3.Pt is asymptomatic. The immediate use of Aspirin would be aim at avoiding

I tried to start an immunomodulating therapy but her nail infection
apparently got worse. I had to stop the treatment while her medical
condition was getting worse.
I suggested to put the nail out then take antifungal treatment for one more
time. |

1. EBV infection
2. Fungus infection
Stop antibiotics and steroids. Support care with Chinese herbs such as
Banlangen. Try antifungal meds while waiting for cx report.

remission but could not complete consolidation chemo due to many liver
lesions- abscess per image study, multiple biopsy and cultures but not
revealing, treated w many antibiotics and antifungal. don't remember if she'
s febrile then. Eventually discharged home w po antibx, observe for AML and
