另外绝对不要忘了备用眼镜，学会基本灭火方法和如何切断水煤电
绳子很有用，鞋子应该能防雨，冷天要多带袜子，食品和饮水按照3天正常量，可以撑
10天。
需要一把小铁锹，掩埋大小便。

慌乱一阵后稳定下来，去药房买了伤口处理的药品，算是第一次学以致用
写下给其他年轻父母们一起分享
大的深的口子，需要急诊缝针的赶紧去er，此贴仅适用轻微外伤
1. antiseptic
伤口用酒精消毒是常识，大家小时候肯定有过被酒精或者碘酒刺激痛得龇牙咧嘴甚至号
啕大哭的时候。
走进药房，依旧能看到各种浓度的酒精和iodine 在antiseptic区，不用看了，都不好
。最适合处理外伤的是chlorhexidine. 相对刺激度小，而且可抗细菌，真菌和病毒。
常用于洗涤伤口第一步。
2. topical antibiotics
加强抗菌，抑制伤口细菌生长，防止感染。药房有三种外用抗生素ointment：一是
Neosporin,最常用，含三种抗生素，但有人对其中的neomycin 过敏，从而市场出现第
二种含两种抗生素的药膏polysporin.之后居然又发现有人对polysporin里的抗生素
polymycin B 过敏，因此出现了第三种只含一种抗生素的药膏bacitracin. 所以，当站

被子抱回来，一路很安静，用非常痛苦的眼神看着我。
回来之后放在笼子里让他独处，晚上六点多烤了四只鸡腿，这是他平时最喜欢吃的。给
他放在笼子里，人家一口都不吃，要是平时三分钟连骨头都没有了。
我用手都撕成指甲大小，一点一点的喂，终于吃完一只鸡腿，无论如何不吃第二只了。
现在趴在那里打哆嗦，后退不敢趴下，就撅着小屁股在我的写字台上，看着好可怜。

都是浮云，洗牙才是王道
带小不点和小黑豆去做了两个手术，绝育和洗牙同时进行。效果非常满意！
我来简单讲讲经过吧
洗牙需要做全麻，所以先要做一个blood work，看是否liver可以process麻药，我的两
只狗都ok的。然后就是带狗回家，给了一瓶antibiotic，从手术之前的3天起，每12小
时喂1ml，一直要喂一个星期。手术前一天晚上10后和手术当天不能吃东西，只能喝少
许的水。第二天一早7点半就把狗drop off到clinic，4点半pick up。
洗牙之前两只狗一个4岁一个3岁。小不点的嘴那个臭！一打哈欠我都赶紧躲。。。吃什
么chew都不管用，全部都是打着幌子骗钱的小零食而已，又贵还又打乱diet让狗拉稀呕
吐。含有antiseptic的chew管用顶多暂时性的没那么臭，以前还用过foam状的mouth
rinse，也是只起nominal的暂时性去臭作用。还用过加在drinking water里的一种

美国的比较好用。

个去医院不值。ER去一次，你有保险的话，至少也得最后自己付4、500块。urgent car
e比ER便宜些，不过也比看普通医生贵。普通医生的话，一般就是付个co－pay而已。看

老人以前一直阿司匹林和新法它丁，原因是血粘度高和脑供血不足。6月26号停药（停
用原因是老有口腔溃疡），当天开始打嗝，胸部有岔气感，每次岔气维持半分到一分，
感觉胸部肌肉从两边向中间挤，平卧休息刚觉好一些。4月26号因老友口腔溃疡，开始
