Since "thrombosis" means blockage of blood, I will translate "patent" as
antonym of "obstruction", i.e. unblocked, unobstructed. 通畅，不堵塞。

I think this translation would be correct. right?

的都 visualize 了。一般的
thesaurus 只有 synonym/antonym，没有 hypernym / hyponym （例如 cat is a type
of feline; politics is a
branch of science 之类）。可以帮助大家写文章的时候用词更加精确，避免重复，所
以推荐一下。
