eventually got approved. Since he and I had the same company-appointed lawyer,
we talked about it while he was waiting anxiously.
Basically, transfer means there is something in one's application that USCIS
wants to question the applicant face-to-face with. USCIS would do "request for
evidence" instead of transfer if any evidence is missing from the application.
So generally transfer implies doubts, not denial. So you just |

05/05: nothing happened so far, waiting anxiously

in the first step - acceptance. The website also says the acceptance step
normally takes about 2 business days. It has been 7 days for me already.

， 包括今天， 10/17/2011的RD， 还没有assign to officer， 最后一次touch是12.
21，今天的电话中， tier 2的大妈拒绝告诉我NC是否clear，并且威胁说以前的人告诉
我是不合乎规矩的， 她要告supervisor。 好吧, whatever....大妈还和蔼可亲的说，
你必须等，日期在你前面的人没弄完就不会动你的，我们是按时间排的.....你干嘛那
么anxious? 我说我5.5有international travel，大妈兴奋的建议我到local申请
emergency AP.....
腻味了，等吧，只能这样....
求祝福，希望能够早日摆脱这种状态，至少能轻轻松松回去，不用担心签证，不用担心
入关....
要是能在闭关这一周内绿了，我散家产发双黄包（虽然个数不多...) |

Our department never helps us unless you are tenure track faculty. They even
did not allow me to switch to h1b till I used all my j1 time. That's why I
am waiting the 485 approval. Pretty anxious, because I don,t know when I

I applied for NIW by this March and just got it approved in NSC. In June, my
company stated to apply for EB2. Two weeks ago, EB-2 was in prevailing wage
determination. I am not clear its current state.
Is the next step to wait for my PD, and once my PD becomes current, and
submit I-485 by myself?
Now should I let my company know my NIW? Should I have both or NIW only or
EB-2 only?
What are the advantages vs disadvantages & risks?

were. Anxiously waiting everyday. I don't know how long this lab can last
with a to-be-retired Boss. The only thing makes me away from it is to push
the project forward to get published ASAP and to start looking for

Already 3 months passed, I-485 still pending..See many brothers/sisters have
been greened...want to do a service request (by email).
Talked with lawyer, got feedback saying it won't help because the case is
still under 4 months normal processing frame...
Question here, is there any negative effect if I send a service request, or
InfoPass?
(the current job is not a happy one, really want to change job ASAP, that is
why waiting for GREEN CARD anxiously)
