昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

vagus nerve 到 aortic arch 那里分叉，分出一条recurrent laryngeal nerve，正好
在主气管的下端，由下往上，控制颈部肌肉。有什么问题吗？
你贴的那个文章一开头就错了，什么绕过心脏，明明是在主动脉那里分出的支神经，你
最好量量看有多长，再决定是不是绕了弯路，可别把vagas nerve也一块儿量进去了。
我估计你贴的文章里就把vagas nerve也当recurrent laryngeal nerve算了。

（1）ACS，这个本来看起来不会有什么问题，因为胸痛待查不可能不做系列心电图和肌
酶谱，但是也存在很致命的暗礁：
a.是开出心电图Q6hour, 但是病人收到病房，你却在急诊室忙着收病人，于是就忘记了
跑到病房 follow up 心电图Q6hour！这一段时间病情有可能急剧变化，譬如由NSTEMI
变成STEMI，需要立刻上心导管，如果你漏掉了，那就是很严重的事故。所以，新
INTERN的 duty check list 很重要，一定要按时follow up病人，不能够认为收入病房
就万事大吉。
b. 糖尿病患者或老年人，痛阈很高，心梗或PE可能没有胸痛，但是会表现为呼吸困难
。所以，这些患者的呼吸困难，等同于胸痛对待。
c. 常看到“order EKG, cardiac enzyme to R/O ACS” 的医嘱，其实这反映了一个概
念性错误。因为 即使EKG变化不明显,、cardiac enzyme正常，也可能从临床上诊断
unstable angina。关键是UA也是ACS的一个亚型，要按 NSTEMI 处理，给 full dose

现在不少地方做triple rule-out，PE and aortic dissection基本上可以用CT thorax
PE protocol来完成，64-slice的CT machine很快就扫完了，计算机控制造影剂，等
contrast在肺主动脉时迅速扫描，以求pulmonary arteries的最佳增强效果。对aorta
的增强不是最佳，但是绝大多数serves the purpose, no need to radiate the
patient again for aortic dissection protocol.

rate和血压相关，信号传到脑干调节血压。他说的没什么错，这根本是西医的概念，和
中医八杆子打不着。

low potassium has something to do with arrythmia, but depends on how low
your potassium was,
as of chest pain, there are multiple factors when your doctor is considering
you case, from history, family history, ECG and labs, but even all those
you could still miss something serious,
to my understanding, when you presented to ER with chest pain, they will try
to rule out the 5 urgent condtions, including aortic disection, esophageal
rupture, pneumothorax, pulmonary |

隔几分钟在上下转换,不是那种尖锐的痛,是那种揪住的感觉,后来就感觉上腹部不舒服,
感觉向上涌,犯酸,要吐又吐不出的那种.后来这疼痛一直持续了大概六七个小时就慢慢
好了.再后每隔几天发作过几次,现在不是很疼,但下腹部还是隐隐不舒服.两周前看了医
生,验血查了肝胆肾都正常,随后做了CT.CT结果如下,好象说是CBD肿大,肝部有点小东西
.听医生的建议约ERCP专家,但专家要一个月后才能见我.我现在拿不准是不是就等这个
专家,还是坚持家庭医生先做MRCP.麻烦专家指点下.多谢.

分和他们的研究结果吗？为什么有的文章数据证明显著有效，有的证明不显著有效？有
人想过吗？我说的延缓衰老，和 有的抗衰老化合物 即使没有延缓衰老，至少show a
