ent Office. 美国人总是很贪婪的，他们把我高上了法庭，然后我做了回应，同时给他们
的律师和Apartment Office做了回应，然后他们的律师给法院了一份Request For Dismis
sal, 同时给我来了一份。不知道这个Request For Dismissal是啥意思。
是撤销起诉吗？还是啥的？

本人男，五月中下旬因为要搬到南湾，找了好几天的房子，现在发现这个叫olive-west
-apartments的公寓超赞。2b2b的公寓2500左右，并且，gas, water, trash removal,
air conditioning都是free的。
比较给力的是其内部配有如下设施：
two heated swimming
sauna
tennis court
pool ball
ping pang

ent，而且都是带着租约的！！真的是天上掉金元宝，正掉在他头上。所以他被雷了的当

发帖数: 2 | 20 15万应该是down payment吧。如果是全价，平均一个Apartment 1万不到，有些夸张。
一个单元如果1000 sqft，光铺最便宜的地毯，算上人工就得$2000了，1万买不到一个
单元吧？
如果是down payment，全价80万左右。每个月的P&I差不多5000－6000。除去保险地税
，平均每个单元800到1000才有的赚。而且只是小钱。Apt building维护很烦的，16个
单元每月维护就要$3000－$5000，这还是我这便宜的人工的估算。Apt building的草坪
，除雪也属于固定费用。Apt building的大维修都是以万记的。一次大维修就可以吃掉
一年的盈利。如果15万是down payment，最后算下来的回报率不会比你的高。

少，但是当地好的apt其实很多。
北门（正门）最近的地方叫Darien，沿着south cass ave两边不远地方就有不少apartm
ent. 再北边还有两三个小镇也可以。西门西边的bolingbrook，woodridge也不少选择。
这边是郊区，大多数apartment的环境都还可以，你的价位范围里面的不少。 |

发帖数: 267 | 24 现有 North Quincy 一高层 one bedroom apartment （Sagamore Place）出租。该
apartment 交通便利，步行4分钟到North Quincy 地铁站，5分钟步行到 stopshop，
Marshalls，步行10分钟以内到各NorthQuincy的中餐馆，理发店，邮局，银行等，生活
十分便利。这个Apartment building 有守卫，控制进出人员，并代收包裹，所以很安
全。并且有室内游泳池，可邀请朋友同往。
该Apartment 非常宽敞洁净，有870平方英尺。living room 和 dinning room 都很大
。如果有父母探亲，或是朋友来访，dinning room 可以间隔成为临时的房间 (最后一
个图片)，living room足够大作为客厅和餐厅 (living room 相片中没有表现出来,图
片中只有餐桌的一角)。房间内为新铺的地板，living room 里有沙发，上好实木的衣
柜，长橱柜和电脑桌。基本上只需搬进床和生活用品就可以入住了。小区内有一固定的
停车位，但是不可以养宠物。

反正我记得3，4年前，chicago tribune用了好几个版介绍优秀高中毕业生。其中一个是
华裔女孩，家住evenston。据说为了让她能有个好学校，全家放弃住大房子，住apartm
ent。她爷爷/姥爷是中国某大学老教授，从她很小就一直辅导她。据她自己说，爷爷/姥
爷对她的影响非常大。她呢，除了学习好还热衷校园活动，曾经在初中的时候就带头创
办了校报。其他的部分，我忘了，最后她也是去了哈佛。 |

秀。
你可能记混了或者是我错了， 住evenston公寓的是男孩。 爷爷辅导的女孩也住西郊，
记不清是Downers Grove 还是 Darien， 学业似乎并不是很出众。那个是tribune自己
的奖项， 学校推荐， 都很出色，但可能并不是最优秀的孩子。
