在网上提交e-application,材料：
1.护照和所有签证，stamp的copy
2.5257和5645，不用打印出来签名，直接把填好的电子表格上传，我打印出来签字再扫
描上传，不能提交，估计系统自动的verify那个pdf表格，所以不用打印了
3.电子照片，自己拍的
4.行程计划，简单的写了一页说去西雅图开车去温哥华然后回来。
5.公司给的employment letter，本来还要上传I797，我是H1B，结果给忘了
6.最近四个月的bank statements和我的pay stubs
7.因为我是F1来后没有签过H1B的签证，所以给了一个解释信附加了美国那个CFR的文件
解释了一下我可以用automatic revalidation回美
8.21日 ===（2天，天哪，2天就批了，神速啊）
收到要求寄护照（我还担心他们要我的I797，我忘了上传了）
研究一下，决定寄去NY的VCA
去邮局买了2个Priority Mail，省钱，$5.6一个

一周前 program manager发信给我说，我在另一个program拿的grant的annual report
over due，让我act，不然会影响现在这个aplication的review。
今天又发信说，让我take action，不然会影响对这个proposal的review process。
大家有过这样的经历吗？这个新proposal有没有戏？我没有出息，不敢问manager。
刚把annual report交了。 |

pending with Receipt# LINxxxx”，还是填“Form I-140 being filed concurrently
with this aplication”？如果填第一种“Form I-140 currently pending with
Receipt# LINxxxx”，USCIS怎么知道我的I-140是EB1a，可以在pending时投485，而不
是NIW，需要排期？他们怎么能只从140的Receipt#就得出相应的信息，会不会引起

Just know that my PERM is audited today. DOL asks recruitment process
documentations. Job resuirement is M.S. in computer science + 0 years
experience. Lawyer said there is one U.S. citizen applicant, but he was not
quallified. What I am worrying is that in job description, I wrote a lot of
skill sets (Computer languages, operating systems, etc.) and it is very long

现成的实现有jgroups之类。可惜魏老师就知道吹，号称整个系统一两万行。光

是去做application的，兼有技术和mkt的内容。其实就是从下游向上游走。以后方向是
PM，然后PLM，是很不错的career path。现在颇有些IC公司老中manager是这样发展的
。要想在技术之外的领域发展，以我们的技术优势和语言劣势，这不失为一个好的选择。
我现在就后悔毕业后没有去做aplication，而是直接R&D了。当时不知道还有这条路。 |
