发帖数: 66 | 2 Apopka的话如果住在东边，SR436靠近SR434的那一块安全还是应该不错的，或者可以选
择考虑靠近maitland blvd的apartment.Apopka downtown一带感觉比较破，也不安全。
建议去 Barrington at mirror lake
Milan
Grand Regency atLake Lotus
Camden Renaissance等apartment去问问，都是gated的 |

中佛州，刚工作，一岁娃一个。工作相对稳定。
过几年想要老二，五六年内relocation的概率有80%，所有大概预计5年内要
卖房，所以买房很大的考虑是将来要好卖，其次是增/保值，再次是住自己喜欢的房子。
我俩是第一次买房，没经验，对自己的将来也拿捏不准，规划不出个所以然。之所以买
房是因为房租太贵，而且近几年还要在这里住着，房价上涨大潮里就跟风想买了。
看好这个房也有一个月了，周围有朋友说差学区的房子不值这个价，本来都放弃了的，
降价之后重又不淡定了。。。
再说说房子的情况

差学区的高档小区的美貌房。2000年的房子，内部装修很漂亮，看起来倒像2005年以后
的。是我们喜欢的类型。坐西面东，后院是绿色天然篱笆墙，所以下午的西晒应该不是
问题。
4B3B，2,891 sq ft，小区就在golf club里，所以环境也非常好，非常安静。学区差，
小学初中高中评分都是5分左右，但是附近有很好的daycare，cover到小学四年级。

便宜，不象高房价地区的人民可能会出租个房间减轻房贷负担。如果是租的apartment
分租，你不是还是住apartment吗。挑个安全点的地方就好了。不知道你在哪儿，我有
同事以前租436上hunt club那带的公寓，据说还行。 |

greatschools.org上看，亚裔在高中比例很少。不知大家的小孩都在哪里上学。请大家
提些建议和信息。

大约15－25分钟地方买房。初步自己买一个<2000 sqft 的，暂时不考虑学区，但是考
虑安全。 如果合作愉快，可以稍后再买一个大点的。 |
