I have a relative whose daughter was born in similar situation as yours. The
little girl learned to walk at 5 and had a slight speech delay. Her
parents were determined to help her becoming self-sufficient in life. They
had gone thru many therapies and treatments in China and oversees. Now
their girl can take care of her daily routines and is doing ok in middle

我从去年六月懵懵懂懂地来到这个版上，问了JWE无数问题，现在他叫我做点关于HR3012的事情，我当然一口答应，何况这个项目将会帮助PD是2009下半年到2010年年初的EB2早日拿卡，帮助2010年下半年到2012的EB2早日递交I-485呢！
至于EB3,现在应该看到85%的数字太高，参院已经有人出手。有人估计最后能以75%过关，有人估计最后能以60%过关，有人估计更低。如果EB3有能人，可以算一个对EB3C利益最大化的数字，我们一起放在项目里。如果没有人算，我们就用老猪下面跟帖里面说的50%。这个数字将能够有效卡住EB3I，帮助EB3C排期大进。
