添麻烦。都想让新生早点回家，收拾妥当。新生们也不愿意给老生们添麻烦，谁的心不
是肉做的？
最后没去成。从芝加哥开回来，到玉米地机场已经12点多了。我认识的很多朋友都去帮
忙了，汽车来来往往的，确实有点乱，主要是因为行李的问题。因为我第二天要开长途
出差，所以没多久就走了。所以也能说，我啥忙也没帮到。
去解释。从学生会的角度来说（首先声明我不是学生会的，但是并不排斥，因为很多活
动还是很有意义的）：
还是卯足了劲，准备帮今年的新生们一把。不管是小邓还是小赵同学（当然还有很多）
都是十分卖力。我平时也去普度机场接过朋友，每次都遇到小赵卖力的帮着接新生。大
家要肯定他们的付出。说实话，人家也不图回报的。
人员的招聘名单。我觉得这种方式可是适当改一改。学生会每年一换。结果每年做事情
的都是“菜鸟”。去年yaoyao作乐很多事情，春节晚会、中秋晚会、拉赞助，等等等等
，好不容易锻炼起来了，可以为大家做更多、做更好的事情，结果换届换掉了。换一个
另一个“菜鸟“，小邓你别误会，我是打个比方。等这次小邓把接新生的事情弄完了，
总结很多经验教训了，没过多久他又被换掉了。明年做这些事情 |

。截止19日中午，美国主流媒体对致歉案鲜有评论，而中国大陆舆论相较则更为激烈。
美国众议院18日全票表决通过对《排华法案》道歉，加上2011年10月参议院已经全票通
过，美国就此正式以立法形式对1882年通过的《排华法案》道歉。在全美发行量排名前

最近几个月议论纷纷的加州AB1726法案虽然遭到华裔的强烈反对和抗议，但已经在加州
议会通过。 现在这个议案就在布朗州长的办公桌上，等待他的批准。 一旦批准，那个
法案在今后若干年中将被全美各州效仿，各个州都会出笼类似的法案，这将会对美国华
裔的发展进行严重的有形和无形的限制，而且是合法的限制。
关于AB1726究竟对我们华裔今后的发展会产生多么严重的影响，许多文章已有详细介绍
。 简要地说，即便按照这个法案的发起人的说法，此法案把亚裔细分后，将会按照各
个细分后的族裔更加合理地考虑各个亚族裔的实际情况分配教育和卫生方面的资源。

刚刚看到劳工部副部长（？deputy secretary) Chris Lu 在MSNBC上谈华裔工人在修建
跨国铁路145年以后终于得到认可，真是百感交集。高兴的是这12，000多苦力（1000多
丧生）的贡献总算被提到美国公众面前；感叹的是，这是多么久，多么难的145年！要
问的是，我们怎样先了解然后书写自己的历史？
注意视频里政治正确的用法是Chinese immigrants, 但铁路竣工后随之而来的排华法案
大概不会这么称谓这些Chinamen吧？看看wiki上Chinaman's Chance的来历（“华人是

至于EB3,现在应该看到85%的数字太高，参院已经有人出手。有人估计最后能以75%过关，有人估计最后能以60%过关，有人估计更低。如果EB3有能人，可以算一个对EB3C利益最大化的数字，我们一起放在项目里。如果没有人算，我们就用老猪下面跟帖里面说的50%。这个数字将能够有效卡住EB3I，帮助EB3C排期大进。

欲显，营救小舅子和儿子的场面使影院里的人纷纷applaud；女主角
不如I清纯，但是前世为公主的那一段，非常的古典、动人。整部片
就是看这一对漂亮可爱的人物（不是典型的俊男靓女，偶认为俊男要
cool,靓女还是要cool,冰雪美人），还有蝎子王那段特技。很多人都
说烂，偶不觉得。
第二部看了Pearl Harbor，三个人真算是典型的俊靓组合了。
Ben Affleck有典型的明星下巴(跟swordfish的男角John Trovata
的下巴类似），曾跟格温尼斯派洛克合演bounce(当时偶已经觉得
他有点那什么了），现在已经被誉为第二号万人迷了（第一号不知是
哪个，估计是Brad Pete);Josh Hartnett长得非常象偶当年一个万人
迷同学，眉清目秀，有种属于男人的忧郁的美。Kate Beckinsale是
此片的影坛新贵，偶觉得很艳，但是又非常的古典，不知道该怎么
形容才好，偶非常喜欢...
之后便看了两部让偶觉得最无聊的两部片：A Kight's Tale and Tomb

美国众议院18日全票表决通过对《排华法案》道歉，加上2011年10月参议院已经全票通
过，美国就此正式以立法形式对1882年通过的《排华法案》道歉。在全美发行量排名前
三的《纽约时报》、《华尔街日报》以及《华盛顿邮报》3家影响力甚大的全国性报刊
18日至19日前半日并未就国会此次致歉案发表评论和“新闻性报道”。美联社和《洛杉
矶时报》等媒体也只是关注了这一致歉案的发生。
美联社18日指出，《排华法案》在美国持续了约60年，这一法案是美国联邦政府首次、

Previously there were two presidents signed or extended Chinese Exclusion
Act to be effective for 10 years as they were thinking 20 years was too
harsh. It was Teddy Roosevelt who signed the act to make it permanent. He
applauded 1882 Chinese exclusion act by saying Chinamen is ruinous to the
white race.
By the way whatever and whoever you quote should't be used as your excuse
for the mistake. |

and respect people who earned his/her spot by working hard. If African
American earned it we'll applaud them and work even harder to compete with
them, and the last thing we'll do in such hypothetic scenario is to cry like

The lords debased our money, jacked up our costs and made us fight. They
fucked our education system and basic values yet we cheered for it. Only
because they made a casino so that we can gamble in it. All we want is to
beat the sheep next door.
I applaud your passion, but this is a losing battle regardless of the
outcome. Good luck on making it out on a sinking ship.
