星期天的时候网速很快。从3/1号开始就是龟速。
几点心得。
1.session timed out以后即刻开始申请，速度一下变很快，这个时候要抓紧时间盯住
页面。
2.一开始不要上传照片，能填内容尽量往下填内容。
3.有的时候网页没有load出来，但是也没有出现“session timed out”，这个时候申
请还是存在的，不要重新开始，只要在浏览器里面退回之前的页面，然后重新点“next
”。还是不行的话，再退回去之前的页面。如此往复。
4. 填表格的时候尽量不要离开，抓紧时间立刻click next，否则也很容易被timed out
。那个什么20分钟就是个笑话。
5.最后打印确认页的时候不要选择email confirmation，这样出来的都不能显示中文。
有acrobat的用print pdf，没有acrobat的可以print xps（装个xps先），或者打印机
直接打印。这个地方也要抓紧时间，因为还是很容易timed out。尽量先打印pdf和xps
的confirmation，都弄好了再去print applicati |

？前者应该不难，因为main程序已经可以运行，同样的代码放保证Classpath正确就行了
。可从你的stack trace上看服务端也是weblogic。
你说的Weblogic上的Application是什么形式？如果还是Servlet，我建议你先关掉weblog
ic把这个Servlet在Tomcat里调通。移植的时候如果还出错，只可能是实施错误。
另外如果想找日志，可以在$BEA_HOME/user_projects//logs和$BEA_HOME/use
r_projects//下看看。

1. phd背景可以去sales,sales门槛低，做得好差得看自己的天分了，如果是做本土市
场，一般海归打不过土鳖，土鳖路子多。假如做海外市场，那么海归有很大优势。这个
我知道有个海归男phd做了sales，据说此人性格外向。还有可以做business
development, 国内有些公司有钱了，也投资生物技术，设立部门做drug或者疫苗，需
要人做in licensing, 也有海归phd做这个，我有个同事以前就是，不过他之前也混过
两个公司，有相关的experience.如果你想做BD,需要很多network,之前我们公司的一个
VP专门做BD的，上海本地人海归，混了10年了。
2. marketing门槛较高，一般是不会要没有经验的phd,但是也有机会，有些试剂公司需
