标 题: OPT Denied！求建议

Sigh，真不幸。今天收到USCIS的email，说我的OPT applicatin (I765)被Deny了。我
还在等邮件通知。
我询问了我们学校的International student adviser，他说最大的可能是我提前了92
天申请，而USCIS要求的申请最早时间是提前90天。苦恼！！我的Completion date是5
月31日，但是六月30之前我一定要拿到OPT EAD Card，不知道大家有什么建议啊。

发帖数: 4396 | 2 批不批不是他们说了算,所以除了确认你的applicatin交上去了,给他们去信其实没用.
整个公司被escalate的申请一只手就数得过来,还有富裕. |

Actually they got thier visa in Feb, 2002 and came to visit us from Feb,2002
to Jan.2003. I did apply extension from both of them. This year in the
beginning of Feb, they applied the visas and got rejected both. the reason the
VO gave was they stay in US for 11 months, too long. Today they went for the
second applicatin. My father got visa, but my mom was rejected. the reason VO
gave was if they come here toghter they |

first submited my father's applicatin, it normal.
then i submitted my mom's application, the personal informatin on the
confirmation page is right, but the photo is still shows my father's????
what's wrong?
anything can do at this point??
do i have to use the family application?
so weired!! :(

joint file applicatin, with resident F1 1040, reason is e: Spouse of U.S.
citizen/resident alien;
or
apply first with W-7 and bank interest 1099-INT, reason is exception 1:

I am a lazy guy. My NIW filed on 2011/June before the last day of my 5th H1
so I don't think my PD could be current soon.
That company can sponsor me Eb2 green card applicatin within 2-3 months so I
don't care green card very much at least now.
Based on your information, I have to persuade them to wait me for 9 months
then.
One question, is O1 visa possible? Does O1 has quota limitation?

发帖数: 403 | 10 I got confused by the email from my lawyer. Why are there two PERM
applications? I don't need to sign my name when the PERM applicatin is filed
electronically but I am required to sign my name on the official PERM
application. When is the priority date, the date the PERM application is
filed electronically (around Mid-June) or the date the official PERM
application is filed (after mid-August)? Please take a look at this email I
got from my lawyer. Thank you very much.

我们这里的办事人是个半大老太太，出奇nice。让我8am 去办公室，人还真就在。第二
次去是送照片和ref letters，没到8am，看见我了也招呼我进去。还特别提醒我要打电
话回去check。她告诉我说有人就是干等，结果耽误时间怪他们。他们是欢迎你去回查
的。
我原来以为NJ不太gun friendly,不过现在感觉具体办事的人其实不会故意刁难。 |

It won't mess up your exsiting applicatins and VS. In fact I have 2003
installed and no problem. |

IIS
It had to create the virtual dir in IIS manually. Normally we don't want to
put the source code in inetpub\wwwroot, so you need to create the virtual dir
first, then create the Web Project in VS.NET
user
Create a Application Pool in IIS, logging with your own user/pass. Assign the
Applicatin Pool to the ASP.NEt web application in IIS. this allows you to
debug it with non-adminiatrator account.
My best practice: forget about "Web Project" concept in VS.NET compleletly.

My time worth $25 an hour - as a student, back up a dvd cost 10-15 minues.
If one wanna use NAS as a mapped network drive locally, one need giga.
For pictures - one digital copy from Canon 30D is 10M/pix, for my scanned
pictures from Nikon LS-50, it is about 100M for slides - to manipulate these
things on network drive and feel no delay - things should go giga.
Not talking about dataset - differs to much from applicatin to |

given instead of ( or at least together with) the dp rejection. But seems
that the dp rejection also focused on the obviousness, anyway. I agree
with DANIELSD on the prior art citation and anything (including any
publications with the same authorship) before the earliest filing date (e.g., Oct 2008 if no priority claimed) could be cited and/or
