The company helped me file H1B on 3/31. The company also asked me to apply
for OPT at the same time. I have received my OPT receipt notice early this
month.
I have a friend who also did the same thing last year. So I think it's not
gonna be a problem. |

also applied job for company B through other channel. When I got offers from
both of them and was making my choice. This aggressive recruiter keep
asking me the name of company B. I refused to give him this information but
disclose B's package. Finally I did not go to A and made my decision clear
to him. I think it shall be an end to my job-seeking activity.

展空间，而且行业不景气，组里还各种变态，非常辛苦。
目前手头有两个offer：
1. Apple：Sr. module process engineer,虽然还是process engineer，但是跳出半导
体行业，学的东西会多些, job security好
2. Applied Material: product engineer：虽然名气赶不上Apple,但是职位换成
product engineer,比较面向customer，重点不用on-call,面试老板也还不错，重视员
工career develop.
听说APPLE硬件组无比辛苦，害怕从一个火坑调到另一个火坑，根本照顾不了家庭。但
是热门公司job security应该比半导体行业相对好些。Applied Material虽没离开半导体
，但是跳出process engineer的坑，职业发展有望扩展，而且不用on-call,相对不怎么
辛苦。
现在非常纠结，有家有娃的既要养家糊口，还想着职业发展，请各位大侠帮忙给个建议

790. The lender asked for a lot of documents after review my application
package: my H1b doc, my intention to apply for Green Card, etc., my two
years W2, Insurance, and even the appraisal etc.
BTW, should ask somebody to do the appraisal? Doesn't the lender ask somebody to do it?
Is this normal for a loan application?

大概借个150k左右，想先quote一下看看，发现找不着地方quote。难道这个provident
funding只能直接apply不能quote么？另外，假如点apply的话要求输入ssn, 是不是只
要输入了就属于hard pull了么？这几个问题没有考古出来，请大家指教！

talk to a contractor. He told me that it would take at least 1 to 2 weeks to
apply for the permit and the installation fee will be doubled compared with
no permit.
Can anybody tell the pros and cons of applying the permit? Thanks in advance. |

前几天拿到附属卡后消费了一笔，然后等了几天没有point到账
今天打过去一问，csr说我的account上根本没有这个code
不知道只是我这样，还是各位也有这个问题

都是用来给我不认识的顾客付费的。确定是fraud behavior.
两张卡一张极少用，另一张只用来买菜。我自身也极少发生盗刷的现象。
后来一想，这两张卡的唯一共同点就是它们都连在我的apply pay里面，我也只连了这
两张卡。
我观察得出的结论就是apply pay泄漏了我卡的信息。 |
