今天终于收到 RFE Letter, 有几个问题想请教一下，
Q1, RFE Letter 里在要求补材料之前有这么一段话，
The E12 immigrant classification appplies to proferssors and researchers who
are recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.
The individual must have at leaset 3 years of experience in teaching and/or
research in the academic area and be assking to enter the United States ....
请问这是要求提供三年研究经验的证明， 还是只是套用模板?

在信里，
关于三年经验的话只是出现在，
“To process this Form I-140 Petition and determine eligibility, addtional
information is required"这句话之前，
而要求 Documentation to establish that there is a qualifying offer of
employment的句子加了下划线
请问你的RFE里如下有这句话吗？

鬼知道是不是ICC没活干了,然后弄个sick leave...
NIU真应该弄的相关的项目, 整烙印就够了, 比10个3012都强, 而且EB2C和EB3C在此利

-if you work fulltime then try to find a credit union to join and apply for

apply for OPT for whatever amount of time u want (anything less than 12
months). so in LZ's case, if he plans on working for just 2 months, then he
would apply for 2 months of OPT. he would specify the start and end date
of the OPT.
then after graduation, he would again appply for OPT, this time, he can only
apply for 10 months, because he had used 2 months before. |

busy. I have little time to go to inerviews, not to mention about writing
any experience. I have to cancel several interviews due to schedule. And I
have really hard time to get time off for interview. So one advice to those
who are going to appply to fellowships in the future: arrange your vacation
time during Feb, March and April. It's better to have all interviews done
during vacation.
