approve了以后需要离境重新去领事馆签证入境。另外一种办法才是需要在opt过期前重新在file一次H4。我很疑惑如
果uscis到时候appprove了这次的H4，他们怎么知道离境过没有？有必要在file一次H4
吗？会不会和批准的H4冲突？ |

我在本地找到两个contractor offer，都是给机场的FAA干活。这两份工作都
要求FAA appove 我的resume，而且我能够过background check。我比较喜欢其中一个
工作，各方面条件都好些，但是FAA的approval迟迟不下来，另外一个offer办得比较快
，FAA的approval已经下来了，就等我file background check。我也没法再拖。
recruiter知道我倾向另一个offer，一直催我办下去。我想知道有谁有这方面的经验，
如果风险不大，我就想等我喜欢的offer正式下来，如果风险大，我就只好跟办的快的
了。我有绿卡，无犯罪记录。

days ago is different from the number on my old I94 card when my H1-B was
initially appproved. I remember typically the immigration officer at the
airport would change the number on the new I94 card to match the one on the
old I94 card. Due to the hurry, I did not check the number at the airport.
Any problem with the difference? How could I have it changed to be
consistent?
Anyone has a similar situation? How did you deal |

我收到email不算很早 那个mm星期一就收到email （同样是周五打的）但是她的情况是
要奖学金材料
我是今天中午才发现有USCIS的email 就是上面那个内容 应该是批准了expedite要求了
现在就希望我准备的材料没有错啦 希望尽早拿到appproved的材料
具体的加急 也没什么经验可谈 我的过程如下
打电话 对方接了以后会问是不是applicant什么的 答 是
然后就说想知道how long 会process到自己的case
问了receipt之后 对方说blablabla
然后自己要加急expedite
对方说很多理由 很快
我选Severe Financial Loss 讲电话的时候补充 具体奖学金情况
然后对方让记下request no. 就完了
要了个人信息 包括email地址啥的
非常普通
小插曲：本来星期四下午就打了 讲了15分钟说他们有technical problems 然后星期五
再打电话的时候才好的 |

1. Strong case with PP:
1). Petition letter is very well done, documents of evidences are also
organized very well, then the petition will be appproved directly and very
soon.
2). Petition letter is not well done, documents of evidences are not
orgnized very well, then the petition will be highly possible given RFE or
NOID, rarely rejected but with slim chance to be rejected if the petitioner
gets a bad luck.

Appproval Notice 也一起提交吗？另外是不是最好写一份Cover Letter说明一下家属
的情况（EB２的１４０已经approve了，现在和主申请人一起提交基于主申请人的１４
０的４８５表格）。 总是担心家属的EB２的１４０批准会带来４８５不必要的麻烦。

因为140很顺利，导致中间松懈了几个月，到2017年一月底才把485材料寄出去。主卡党
员，没有RFE。看版上的节奏本以为至少要等到三月才有动静，正在担心体检会不会过
期，结果主副卡同时收到短信提醒card is being ordered. 祝各位早绿！ |

My situation is
EB1B appproved, I-485 is waiting (already did fingerprinting)
I think I should pick because I have not gotten GC. However, I assume the GC
will come to me very soon.
Can I pick the 1)
Anyone has similiar experience?

而你的英文有点难理解：by 2010 it is not appproved，当然Doesn't mean it has
approved， 但是肯定含有 prohibited before that的意思。就像法律不同意同性结婚
的时候就包含有同性结婚是非法的或者不在法律保护范围之内的意思。
批准与否可以作为评价是否合乎伦理道德的标准，而成果鉴定不能作为标准。
