最后得出的结论是，右拐yield sign只yield oncoming traffic，原话：
IF the left-turner is already in the intersection, that right-turning
traffic must yield IF there is a yield sign.
也就是说left-turner无论如何是要yield 右拐，yield这个牌子是不负责让开车的人去
判断相反方向是什么信号灯（否则就设置stop sign或者红灯），而是注意是否自己右
拐的那一刻安全。
直行绿灯左拐是一定要让行，这里和全国交规是一致的
至于GA为什么经常会有左拐的人一直认为自己有优先权，有人说是driver lesson
badly taught，还有GA长的居民说最近十年GA出现越来越多右拐让直行的现象，所以（

其实sdtosd和Jennifer都说的有道理。常用的估价方法有三种：
1. Cost Approach：就是估算房子建筑成本，考虑房子的各种depreication，加上土地
价值，得到一个估价。
2. Market Approach (Comparable Sales)：找出附近地区最近卖出的相似房子，一般
挑出3个最接近的进行比较，得到一个估价。
3. Income Approach：一般用来估价出租房。
Net operating income / Capitalization rate = Estimate of
property's value
Appraiser根据估价的目的和房产的性质决定采用一种或多种方法估价，然后correlate
（不是取平均值）得出一个最后估价。
我刚查了一个老房子的Appraisal Report. 里面采用了前两种方法, 最后Correlation/
Reconciliation得出Final estimate of value. |

今天去了sterling hills， 我的home course. 很奇怪的一轮golf.
我的tee shot很好，我的golf game里，最自豪的就是driving, 比如今天的一轮，击中
了12/14个fairyway, 我的approach shot....我说也不错，没有任何mis hit，club选
择大多时候也很好， straight, pure, 可似乎，就是总错了方向。
最糟糕的是short game, putting, 3 putts n次。
就说这项运动，tee shot, approach shot和putting， 如果3项技巧都能放在一起，也
许就是个scratch golfer， 而大多时候，我就摇摆在这3项中的2项；特别是，当击出
很好的tee shot时，就不由自主的给自己施加压力在approach shot，希望击出的球越

My handicap is 17.4 by last Friday. Consistency is what I am working on.
However, I am hungry for distance. To me, the longer I tee'd off, the more
relax I would be on the approach. I usually add a club and take green back
distance to decide the club selection for approach shot.
The following are the distance range I would consider using a certain club
with a full swing. I list here the more momerable shot (mostly approach

the green for majors are very firm and fast, if you approach green from long

that is classical risk and reward in golf.
green need some protection around it, and it would penalize the approaching
shot over the green, since the reward is greater for over-shooting.
i would say once you feel comfortable, take one more club for approaching
shot. |

approach shot always the most important and most difficult one on the golf
shots.
In tee shot, you have a fairway to hit to.
in approach shot, you have a green and Pin which is much smaller than a
fairway but shorter distance.
I work on my approach shoot (irons) most of my practic time anyway.

numerous times that it is a high rating tough course.).

32 Putts is very decent.
6 par is also way better than your handi.
I guess, you need check those double and triple bogeys.
missing 99 yards approaching is very common for weekend golfer. as long as
you can recover from the missing approaching by 1 (make par) or 2 shots (
bogey).
think of it that way, if the only problem you have is missin the iron shots,
and worse case for missing approaching is bogey, you would still have a

比较打酱油，连沙坑都省了。
第八洞确实变态，handicap rank #1，我开球进左边rough，approache shot运气较好
停在果岭远端左角，miss了那些可怕的坡，一切二推救了个跛鸡。
第九洞开球还可以，右球道，剩135左右，8号杆approach shot straigh push，擦到你
说的那棵树，剩60码用lob wedge上果岭，可惜3 putt拿到双鸡。
第十洞第三杆approach shot 125码，用PW打一个高球想利用果岭后面那个下坡接近旗
杆，可惜短了两码没能carry那个沙坑（打在后沿滚回沙坑底部），sand shot加两推拿
