发帖数: 28 | 1 请教咨询一下，我收到recruiter一个contract，其中有这样一条:
Guarantee: If the Contractor/ Consultant accepts the assignment and later
rejects the assignment without ever reporting to client site to work, the
Contractor agrees to pay AppsLogic an amount of 40 Billable hours as finder
’s fee. Also contractor to pay AppsLogic for the services of Collection
agencies or legal services to recover the money, incase the Contractor does
not pay the finders fee.
感觉非常不合理，照例contract都是随时结束的，哪有这样威胁去上班的？

说是一个contract的公司，跟assign的公司才一个电面， 也没问什么technical的问题
就说要move forward，然后就要求签contract。contract 上还说要是take offer back
out的话要罚款若干blablabla, 感觉像皮包公司阿。。。请问现在找contract工作就
一个电面就能搞定吗？不敢相信。。。谢谢指点！ |
