呵呵，下面就记流水帐了哈。有没听清楚，不精准的就抱歉了。
Hmis和daisy中部时间4点半就在webinar了，辛苦！5点准时开讲。
第一位老师Aquafina111，毕业年限<5年，第一次申请内科，IV不少，但自认英文不太
过硬，没有match，今年通过提高英文，参加ob，充分准备面试，成功match到病理。
要点：1) 提高英文，多了解美国文化，加强跟美国人交流能力。 如何提高？ 多看电
视，电影，Talk show，还是多跟真人打交道。
2) 美国临床经验（USCE），无论Ob 或 commercial externship 都可以。Aquafina用
的是FMG portal，也有朋友用的是Americlerkships，不做推荐哈，自己决定。
3) 要好好准备面试。第一年没有成功，Aquafina觉得部分原因是对自己还有点放不开
，后来参加pathology ob和后，英文功力大增，再次申请所有IV问题都准备，就自如放
松多了。 |

别的没去过。叔除了去中国超市，每个周末都要去costco，一是顺路，二是东西质量比
另外两家好，种类更全。
偶尔sams和bjs有deal会去一下，比如sams家iphone的deal, bjs家amex的deal，反正这

把1440 lb 的沙子平均分摊在2'x5'的玻璃上,
每 square inch就只有一磅的沙子, 所以压力是1 psi
20 Fl oz 的塑料水瓶(Aquafina) 底下有五个角,
接触面积大概1 square inch. 把水瓶放在玻璃上,就大概1psi的压力,
一般的玻璃不会破吧,
把玻璃瓶抽真空是14.7 psi, 一般的玻璃瓶也不会破
啤酒瓶大概有20 psi的压力, 也不会破

我家小娃从大概满月前开始长cradle cap，开始主要在眉间。起初我没太在意，结果一
两个星期的时间就发展得很严重，后来脸上也有了一些。我按照网上查的方法开始用油

如果是costco和sam's都有的东西，有的价格是一样的，比如那个19.99的vitamin
drink冲剂。在costco没有哭胖的情况下，总的感觉sam's比costco便宜，比如infamil
奶粉（40@sams vs 42@costco），麦片，鸡汤，水果，鸡蛋，小孩睡衣（10@sams vs.
11-12@costco)，小孩泳衣（10@sams vs. 12-13@costco），星巴克的大包咖啡痘（20@
sams vs 24-25@costco），上面同学提到的煤球巧克力（10 @ sams vs 11.69 @costco

下午跑步完，在自动售货机上，又打算买一瓶，结果出来一瓶，包装和上午的几乎一样
我拿起来就喝，结果发现居然有点甜，赶紧吐了，还呛水了。以为买错了，买了糖水
但是仔细一看，发现是同一个牌子的 Flavor Splash 的葡萄味的水，上面还写着0卡
仔细查看配料：发现除了sodium一项含量不一样，其他都与纯水一样！
但是还是心有余悸，特来问问，这个水真的没有热量吗。。。
如果这样，那我以后连10卡一个的果冻都不吃了，那个玩意就是为了让嘴里有点味道，
抵抗饥饿
我以后就都喝这种水了 |

aquafina加油！我觉得你完善package以后，会是 a strong candidate.
别介意我添乱阿，就想说说一块练IV的感觉。
正如你说的，要更自信一些.当然自信不是凭空想出来的，要对周围的环境有把握，对
各种情况怎么应对胸有成足，才能自信。我也做的不好，但IV前去了几次OB感觉帮助很
大。跟美国人面对面交流，刚开始几天也是“手放哪里都不是”，怯生生的。光英语好
不行，一紧张我连colonoscopy都听不明白。但几次下来，你会感觉越来越comfortable
，习惯了就像在中文环境里一样，察言观色，能搞定跟OB医生护士的交流，在无形中就
增长了自信。
面试前对着镜子猛夸自己几句，自我感觉相当良好。面试的时候，虽然没有前辈们的见
识阅历，可以和PD侃侃而谈，但至少面试短时间内可能遇到的问题，我都准备了答案。
然后重点展现偶们 朝气蓬勃，精神抖擞，energetic and positive,对PD，PC，面试同
僚都是笑脸迎人。。。
写得太罗嗦了，赶紧打住，一块等着，认真看前辈分析！！ |
