这下有指望了, 我都快被这个游泳课搞死了。
住这么个偏远郊区, 最近的也就是triangle aquatic center了, 都说好
报了, 一个session七次课,
第一次我加班太晚回家错过了.
第二次, 路不熟迟到, 赶到那儿人上完了, 给她换衣服下水泡了泡
结果回家就开始感冒咳嗽
第三第四次都因为咳嗽没去
第五次咳嗽好了点儿, 终于去了,
下水五分钟, 学会把头进水里过一下了, 拍录像显摆了
突然救生员告知, 有人在泳池里poopoo了, 大家紧急疏散
气得我啊, 来回一个多小时的路程啊, GPS给指的还一路的红绿灯。
第六次, 总算没出什么幺蛾子, 学会躺在水面上了
可是, 一回家晚上就发烧了, 这可好, 这周一整个礼拜都没去上学
这周末, 我看还是别带她去了 :( |

aquatic center 是全室内的。穿双拖鞋就不烫了，再说不是在水里玩吗，理由不太成

人出去散步跑步不安全，如果游泳的话要跑去homestead aquatic center，有点远。所
以只有周末跟lg一起还有和我们chapel hill 的朋友一起打网球了。。。体力已经明显
不行了，而且不敢像以前一样努力救球了。但是如果谁愿意跟我随便玩一下的话，稍微
远一点我也愿意跑过去～ |

发帖数: 164 | 22 搬到北卡一个月了，孩子的base school 没上的了，被建议到weatherstone
elementary,但最终忍无可忍那单程就得一个小时的校车，只好转到离家近的year a
round的学校了。钢琴课随便找了一个，在cary school of music,还是觉得太远了。
这回游泳课得慎重选择了，附近也没啥朋友好问的，网上看了YMCA，Triangle
aquatic school还有一个steamlineswim school,第二个太远了，有近20mile,所以不想
考虑了，第三个离的近，但比第一个贵，不知道值不值得去那里，麻烦版上有去过的，
给点建议吧，或有其他好的地方推荐也行啊，谢谢啦！ |

时间，偶尔还有特别活动，对本村居民免费。
Bolingbrook park district 也有类似的program, 但收费。本村居民和非本村居民不
同价。
Bolingbrook park district Pelican Harbor Aquatic Park 有室内儿童泳场，但我觉
得现在水温不知道为什么降低了，已经转战naperville goldfish swimming school,一
家子去游family hour才5块钱，温度非常合适，但那不是大人畅游的地方，只适合小孩
子哦。
大点还可以溜冰，踩单车啥的，这边室内户外活动还是蛮多的。
咱家的小一点，才8个月，有兴趣可以playdate哦。 |

因为我中途在东京停，所以买不到西北的联票

发帖数: 352 | 41 scrubapro确实是最贵的两个休闲潜水品牌之一，另一个是atomic aquatics。所有
scubapro online的零售商都是水货，没有本厂保修。只有本地的零售商才有本厂保修。
是否值这个价格，各有说法。实际上不同牌子的设计差异都很小，设计简单，可靠性很
高。价格的高低主要在附加的功能和品牌上。我觉得适合自己的才是最好的。至于如何
是适合自己的设备，应该看你的需求和钱包的大小：-）。比如说regulator，如果你会
经常去到80+feet，你的regulator可能就得是balanced。否则有没有那个功能差别就不
大了。BCD是不是weight integrated的，差了200刀，我觉得weight belt也很好。
computer那就更是了，是不是手腕式的，是不是能直接查气压的，有没有电子指南针，
有没有nitrox。便宜的就只要200刀，足够满足一般需求了。
至于买还是租，如果是真的喜欢这项运动的话，还是应该买。第一个是大部分人都不会
整天出游，都是在本地潜水。三个月不下水，技术、反应度就生疏了。6个月按padi的

Not much change from several weeks ago. Still only a handful of trees have
started to bloom, all on the eastern side of the lake. We're seeing signs of
a few preliminary cherry blossom on some trees. We don't expect full bloom
for several weeks.
