RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — A Saudi man convicted of rape and robbery has been
beheaded, becoming the 22nd prisoner to be executed by sword this year in
the kingdom.
An Interior Ministry statement says the man committed the crimes after
drinking alcohol.
Saudi Arabia follows a strict interpretation of Islam under which people
convicted of murder, drug trafficking, rape and armed robbery can be
executed — usually with a sword.

一个是国家fiscal breakeven的成本。几个大的player，美国的生产成本是36.2，沙特
是9.90，俄罗斯是17.20，而国家fiscal breakeven的成本，美国没有，俄罗斯和沙特
都是105美元左右。所以博弈的目标是，生产厂家先倒闭，还是国家先破产。理论上来
讲，对于美国来说，美国的生产成本就是油价的平衡点，保护美国的产油业，同时最大
限度的打击对手。对于俄罗斯和沙特来说，短期内（比如一两年）越低越好（比如低于
30），打击其他产油国家产油公司，使其倒闭，以到达减产提价的目的。长期博弈，产
油国没有资本和美国叫板，油价30，沙特2018年就破产了 。

随着蓝光播放器价格持续下落，人气持续上涨，很多发行商又回到资料室，制作经典老
片和热门新片的最新修复版本和转录版本。今年有些礼品套装的价格可能看起来有点高
，但是考虑到里面收录的片子，整套的价格还算合理，特别是网上零售商还会大幅度打
折（下面标出的价格都是生产商的建议零售价；大多数情况下，能打7折到6折）。而且
，制作优良的蓝光光碟，比如索尼出品的《阿拉伯的劳伦斯》(Lawrence of Arabia)最
新版本，其音画质量是任何在线视频都无法比拟的，因为在线视频用的都是被强力压缩
的数码文件。
只是今年的应季精选似乎有点单薄，好像电影公司终于没有圣诞主题的电影可供再次发
行了。（我推荐一部被人遗忘的电影：约瑟夫·凯恩[Joseph Kane]1945年导演的《骗
