寓旁边不远就
是一家Montessori幼儿园，Montessori的对面是一家中国人办的幼儿园。
78759这个区跨了两个学区，从Arboretum往西北一点有很多公寓，新一点的一般1br要
800，旧一点
的只要500就能搞定。其实我觉得spicewood springs apartment不错，我一开始就住在
那里，
1br 550，里面有两个游泳池，gym，网球场，条件还不错，而且学校好，小学中学高中
都是austin数
得上的好学校，旁边就是图书馆，对面不远就是亚洲超市，离183很近，到arboretum不
过10分钟，就
是那个公寓有点旧，不过它旁边就是一个新一点的，价钱也贵一点。
再有就是far west那边也不错，UT学生多，公寓也很便宜，到哪里都方便，到
Arboretum不过5分

community，不知道怎么选择，大家给点意见？
两个地方都挺靠近shopping area的，当然，中国超市和餐馆就是集中在北边了
交通上不知道情况怎么样：北边的话要么直接走360要么就是mopac，早上7：30-8点和
晚上5-6点的时候，路上大概需要多长时间呢？南边也是360接mopac，同样的时间段这
条路又要大概花多少时间呢？
房租上Arboretum要比南边贵50刀一个月吧。
大家是不是都喜欢住北边啊？我看租房都是说Far West的，可是我觉得Far West的房子也不怎么样。。。我挺犹豫不决的，大家给点意见？先谢谢了！！ |

看到一家northhill review又说蟑螂多

觉得房子里面很不错 又看到说管理很差
我知道每个人体验都不同 想问问版里有没了解这个arboretum的

距离问题不大，都开车上下班

处于保护区中，窗外经常有鹿走动，吃饭时常看到。

小区很安静，房子隔音保温很好
可以养宠物（猫、狗）
住了一年，LP对这里很满意。
又续了9个月。
可是现在有特殊原因要搬走了。

Leasing office给我的价格是$1230。sublease价格可商量。

年一度的菊花展）。在Arboretum前台，可以给小孩子租一个背包，里面有地图、望远
镜、捕蝶网、装蝴蝶用的盒子（里面有刻度，可以量蝴蝶大小）之类“野外考察”的工
具。没蝴蝶的时候，我们家小孩子就用那个网去小溪里捞鱼、捞石头。
另外Arboretum里有日本盆景，vegetable garden－－这大概是种菜，菜园也还好看的
范例。另外一个也还好看的菜园，是Winston Salem 的Reynolda Garden。 |

The Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden is located in Arcadia
across from the Santa Anita mall and racetrack. It is a popular attraction,
especially for the flock of peafowl that inhabit the grounds and
neighborhood near the arboretum. The peafowl are a remainder of the former
Baldwin ranch. The peafowl were originally introduced to help Baldwin
control the snakes and snails on his farm but they have since gone wild. |

flexible。far west治安不错的，就是房子老些。你说的二人间是指两间卧室还是够两

的一些状况,谢谢。
1.出事的准确地点是在哪个位置：
在PALM DR上，有四个交叉路口, Arboretum Rd, Campus DR, Museum WY和Roth WY 。
若是在ARBORETUM路的交界口，此路口是有交通灯的, 四个摄像机.若是在CAMPUS DR的
交界口，那是个４WAY STOP。若是在MUSEUM WY和ROTH WY交叉路口，PALM DR方向是没
有任何交通标志的。以上所有道路限速均为２５英里/小时.在上述路口中，基本上都是
三到四个车道，视野是相当好的。
2. 是在斑马线上被撞，还是一超同学横冲交叉路口被撞？
3. 事故那天晚上，是雨天，是晴天，还是有月亮？
4. 肇事者的精神状态，是酒后、疲劳、肚饿导致头晕、还是有什么急事？ |

一个小小的祭奠活动。Arboretum 的樱花真的很美。我们自带了花，烧了香还有纸钱。
用这种形式，释放了心里堆积很久的感恩。
回来以后，想帮助更多的朋友从繁忙中走出来，享受春天万物复苏，生命延续的感觉。
也想让大家有一个场所，抒发对祖辈的思念之情。
另外，也特别想让华裔孩子体验更多的中国节日。让他们知道，中国的庆典不仅仅只是
