1. 前面几年的气候大会的回顾：
全球气候大会现在，每年搞一次，但是真正有重大意义或者目标的会议，
要大概五年搞一次。 上一次重要的会议是， 2009年的哥本哈根气候大会。
但是， 2009年的哥本哈根气候大会，最后毛都没搞成。
2015年的巴黎气候大会这一次气候大会，很多国家都期望达成一个比较大的协议，
这中间包括中国，美国，还有其他发达国家，但是大家的各怀鬼胎，立场不一样。
2.大会前的重要的铺垫工作，各国自主贡献
各国自主减排的目标文件，都在开会前很久就公开了，相当于是各个国家
先亮出了自己的能接受的底线，亮出了自己的目标，极大的加速巴黎谈判的
进程。

主义初级阶段国家，不同地域，不同时间段的发展速度和质量随外界和内部各因素相互
作用而呈现不同形态组合。找出一套简洁的描述经济的变量是非常具有挑战性的，特别
是在不掌握体制内各经济要素及其数值历史的前提下。
本文讨论的是严格从体制外的角度如何衡量中国的真实经济发展速度及其质量，为讨论
方便起见，我们不妨借鉴‘克强指数’，暂且称之为‘梦指数’。
自从女娲造出男人女人以来，我们大多数人都有再生产的欲望，动力和实践。当然少数
几类人不在此讨论范围。所以古人有此一说：‘饮食男女，人之大欲存焉。’还有：仓
廪实而知礼节。从此二处可以看出，我们想到的和做到的与古圣先贤没有差太多。 —
— 从中我们还可以看到：经济是人类再生产的基础，而再生产活动是经济活动的体现
和指标。
可惜的是，由于三十年一胎化的长期实施扭曲了有效再生产活动的效果及指标，加之中
国当前大规模城市化的负面影响，我们很难通过扭曲的公开出生率数据来衡量经济活动

2019年1月2日，应日本时事通信社的请求，瑞典皇家科学院向该机构解密了川端康成
1968年获得诺贝尔文学奖的档案资料。这份档案，“公布了被提名者、短名单（the
short list）和选拔过程”。

据时事通信社的报道，1968年诺贝尔文学奖的候选人总数为83人，获提名的日本作家，
除川端康成外，还有小说家三岛由纪夫和诗人Junzaburo Nishiwaki。最终候选名单里
有六位候选人，除川端康成外，还有英国诗人W.H. Auden、法国作家Andre Malraux、
爱尔兰剧作家Samuel Beckett等人。当中并无传言已久的中国作家老舍。①
另据NHK网站的报道，诺奖委员会负责人高度评价了川端康成，“文件还说他推荐的第
