warranty，请问这样的房子能买吗？
价格不错，其他的都还挺满意。
Sellor's disclosure里是这么说的“Archway foundation repair installed for
piers in jan 2015, work has lifetime warranty, transferable at not charge"。 |

发帖数: 263 | 9 月初买房般了家，昨晚居然梦见一个女鬼。也不恐怖，也没看见脸，很短一个梦，很恍
惚。只记得LG没看见，我看见几次。最后一次女鬼穿着桔黄色的纯棉毛衣（很像我卧室
里放着的一件我的衣服），我从后面捉住她的两胳膊，自己只聚焦在她大概腰的位置，
挺苗条小巧一鬼，我要从卧室推她到客厅给LG看，结果一到客厅她就消失了。然后我醒
来，四下很黑，什么也没有，我有点儿害怕，转而庆幸是个梦。
今天早上给LG讲了，晚上把地藏菩萨的木挂从箱子找出来挂在客厅和书房直接的
archway了，正对卧室门。
上来写一下，大家出出主意吧。谢了！希望家里没有不干净的东西，我从小到大从来没

发帖数: 48 | 10 大家好。准备给个offer（2004年的房子），经纪发来房子的信息，其中4月和7月各做
的inspections.但是，好像问题很多，很严重。我们第一次买房，不知道这些个情况是
小毛病还是大问题。如果问题严重，我们根本就不给OFFER了。请版上有经验的人指教
一下。谢谢！！！！
4月份的报告里说了一个事情（问题A)：
Larger Cracks:
larger than typical cracks were noted on the front of the home and within
the entry archway. This condition could indicate greater than normal
movement within the structure and/or exterior cladding and potential
structural problems. A structural engineer should be consulted to further
investigation may be necessary.

有些边上的结构建的时候过于简化，像sunroom, shed，deck之类的，只用4x4 slab做
基础，时间长了有tilt, 可能要换piers. 对主体没啥影响。 |

It was the famous photojournalist Robert Capa who once said "If your
photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” He was talking
about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘
popping’, take a step or two closer to your subject. Fill the frame with
your subject and see how much better your photo will look without so much
wasted space. The closer you are to the subject, the better you can see
their facial expressions too.

子死之前则宽慰恋人：死亡和睡眠如同兄弟，没啥大不了的。
据说王尔德同学的童话是他唯一展示同性爱情的地方。《快乐王子》一些描绘确实
