而且曾有过安全与透明度方面的问题。
自上周五地震和海啸引发日本福岛第一核电站(Fukushima Daiichi)危机以来的这些天

华特-迪士尼公司(Walt Disney Co.)和上海市政府签订了一份项目建议书，为这个美国
娱乐业巨头在中国大陆建立首个迪斯尼主题公园设立了法律和财务框架。这个新主题公
园预计耗资35.9亿美元，最早于2014年对游客开放。
据知情人士透露，根据本周签订的协议，迪士尼将持有上海迪斯尼乐园(Shanghai
Disneyland) 43%的股份，当地政府所有的一家合资控股企业将持有另外57%的股份。
上海迪斯尼乐园的一期项目占地约1.5平方公里，将包括一个主题公园，一家酒店以及
购物中心，耗资不超过人民币244.8亿元（约合35.9亿美元），工期为六年。上海浦东
国际机场附近的一块地皮已被指定为该项目用地。
据参与规划的人士透露，该项目先要获得中央政府高层的批准才能开工，预计这个过程
可能耗时一年。随着该计划被递交给中国各级领导审批，这份于周四签订的协议很可能
被修改。
