Vitria : 一个台湾MM和她的白人老公创立的B2B公司，股票曾经300吧。很快跌到5块以
下。不过这个MM是赚到了。据说在17Miles买了一栋当时30M的豪宅。现在公司还在。但
已经不是上市公司了。
Broadvison: 台湾人陈丕红（谐音）的公司。股票曾经200多吧。现在大概一两块钱的
垃圾股。
Ariba：曾经是B2B的龙头老大。股票曾经达到200（按现在的股价是1000吧）。当时VP
级拥有的股票面值都是几千万。SVP全都是亿万富翁。很多硅工也是千万级的。后来股
票也很快跌到1块左右。然后不得不Reverse Split。现在还行。就一个中小型的软件公
司吧。
Commerce One: Ariba的对头。股票也曾经达到200。已破产。CTO在Palo Alto Hills买
了一块庄园造豪宅。结果还没造好人就病逝了，才三十几岁。豪宅后来被John
Chambers买去了。
I2 Technology: Supply Chain老大。股票也是一路飙升。已破产。

很小，听不清楚。经过提醒后仍无改善。
可能的原因:

现在我们的锋用自己公司的股票贷出了钱准备买股票， 当然要请教“死驴“啦。咱“
死驴“也不含糊，给锋推荐了一整套以网路为核心的”股票组合“。
先从最前端的浏览器(Web Browser)说起， 你得有Netscape吧。当然，微软跟Netscape
打得你死我活的，你微软也得有点。这浏览器里总得显示点内容吧。那你就不能少了
Yahoo这样的股票. 其他的，什么eBay, Ariba什么的，你就看着买点。那谁给你提供网
路服务啊？所以你得买点什么WorldCom之类的通讯公司。那这些通讯公司用什么设备呢
？你得买做光纤通讯的公司。对了，还有Cisco千万不能少罗。还有，那时开网路小公
司的都得有Sun Microsystem的伺服器和Oracle的数据库。所以，这两家你也得有。其
他，要是还有钱，你就看到什么买点什么吧。广撒网，说不定能逮条放卫星的大鱼，你
就发了。

锋虽然没疯到去“买空“股票，但情形也一天天的变坏。虽然那死达克跌指数刚跌了30
%，但大多数没有盈利一直赔钱的蚂蚁公司已经跌的一塌糊涂了。锋公司的股票，早从
最高峰的80块跌倒了发行价15块，而且还在跌。
但是，问题首先出在他在胖律师那儿的帐户里。那帐户的钱是用公司股票当抵押借的。
现在，股价跌得这么狠，所买的股票的价值远远不及借贷的钱数。银行立即要求还款。
锋刚买了房子，有的一点钱都当首付交掉了，哪儿还有钱啊？所以，借贷的银行毫不客
气，强行把他帐户里股票全部卖掉，拿回钱来填贷款。但是因为这时帐户里的股票全是
赔钱的，所以，卖回来的钱不够还借款加利息的。银行立即把锋作抵押的公司股票全卖
掉来抵债。结果，锋的这部分股票，一下子”蒸发“掉，连点水迹都没留下。
锋的公司这时也被两记重拳击倒。一拳是来自公司的营运方面。公司本来就不挣钱，现
在市场又在萎缩，公司只能用IPO卖原始股赚的钱，填亏损。指望能熬到2001年，市场
能起死回生。另一拳来自股市。公司股票跌破发行价后，竟一线跌到一块钱以下。这股
价一块钱可是个生死坎。

B2B，Enterprise Software。怎么没有Business Model？讲起来非常的实际，也非常的
Convincing。这些公司不是一钱不值。关键是不值那么多钱。
即使假设当下这一波Social Networks的公司更谨慎一些，现在的经济环境也不同了。
相对而谈，那时候的传统型公司的估值也比较高。如今很多传统企业的估值很低，P/E
， P/S都很低。

网络时代小伙子Marc Andreeson被老杆子Jim Clark从UIUC的玉米地
移植到硅谷成立Netscape，硅谷开启第三波巨浪：Yahoo,Lycos,
Infoseek, Ebay, Cisco, Juniper, Foundry, 3Com, Siebel, Ariba,
Palm, Symantec...
很多公司风光过后都不存在了。现在的几家巨无霸都是最近十来年的
事情。新陈代谢很快。以后如何又有谁知道。

上次谁推荐的那个KBH不是很好么？
FTNT这个股如果不了解，还是不要赌ER了，赔了真钱哥过意不去的，以下纯属个人观点：
哥现在持了将近一万股，$18买了一批，17.8x又补进了$18.75放的一批(新CFO上来短暂
冲的那天)然后$17.50自动又加了一倍，目前水下。
上周市场太差，对这个弱势的顺带打击也狠，但如果目标是要捞个3%，5%超快钱的话，
其他股比比皆是，十捞八准，不必在这上面较劲。
向下到16.xx，个人觉得比较难，这公司还是相对比较稳的，实打实的先进产品和市场
，产品成套(这个很重要)，覆盖面广。
几个竞争对手这季度都很平淡，所以出什么意外鸟状况，再往下打比较难。
哥敢买一万股是个人对之比较有信心，始终觉得CSCO买它是早晚的事，但短期够呛，这
个新来的CFO还需要时间搞事情(即使是真怀孕了)。这个CFO在Ariba才混了4年，就倒
卖给了SAP，FTNT的founders以前也是干过类似事情的。
话分两说，前景好，那么17.xx的确是短期超贱卖了(看历史图就知道)，前景不怎么好
，那么更有可能和CSCO勾搭，见好就收。

Craig之前的Bertrand算是懂软件和互联网，我见过几次。Bertrand更象学者而不象公
司高管。现在Craig不过是个精明的商人。他基本上对现代的软件和互联网没什么深刻
的理解，也根本不是一个搞innovation的人。他在Ariba的十年就是一个不断通过收购
，包装来拼凑出最迎合市场热点的商业模式。他这样的cheap suite, 微软和IBM一抓一
大把。据说内部给他绰号hairforce one, 他可能对发型和演讲学有透彻的理解，脸不
是他的长项。
Eddy更谈不上什么懂软件和互联网。苹果的云端是自己内部IT的人在搞，他们对软件和
互联网的理解更是肤浅，基本上是把飞行员拉过来造飞机。属于抱着cloud for dummy
查名词概念的水平，话说得可能刻薄了点，不过苹果的云端基本上是个joke,他们有脸
的话也基本上被打肿了，
Siri和map是产品，这两个产品基本上都是半成品。架子和approach其实并不差，软件
不能一蹴而就。不过现在落到苹果管内部IT的人手下，鬼知道以后会怎么样。
浮思涛的部门是苹果人口增长最快的部门，过去几年几乎是一天多一个工程师。这个变
