他提到中国文化的一些特征,我感觉有点似是而非
他当然是要把中国描述的rosy一点,不象西方过去主流宣传地那么邪恶,但如果他传达得
不精确,还可能造成更多的误解
19世纪西方哲学家纷纷对中国哲学投入了很多兴趣,但苦于文本的缺乏和翻译的严重滞
后,很多道听途说之处
后来很多中国留学生到欧美学哲学(等其他文科,包括文学),其中又回头研究中国的东西
,却从西方的角度甚至用西方的方法和文本,有时更产生啼笑皆非的结论/结果
这方面我感觉钱锺书做的比较好,辜鸿铭和余英时相对而言却是另外2个极端
不过话说回来,中西本来也不是那么水火不相容处处不同甚至对立的,虽然中国要向西方学的东西要多得多,比如民主,中医'科学化',油画技巧,等等

内观，目的就是为了bring yourself back。“外界因素是次要的，其实快乐的不快乐的情绪全部来源于自己的内心。反求诸己，向自己的心里去找。” 这十天的课程，前三天半练呼吸，让心慢慢专注下来。后七天练习内观，把所有的注意力都集中到自己身体上，不用任何意念想象去控制，只是静静地、客观地感觉全身每一寸皮肤的感受，由上到下，由外到内。这才发现原来可以感受到这么多东西，而且所有的感受都有一个共同的本质——无常。just arising, passing away, arising, passing away。。。

Suffering is coming from the passive arising and passing away of physical
and mental processes. Unless they are not arising and passing away,
suffering won't stop.
Whenever here is thinking here is suffering.
Nibbāna is a status of no thinking. |

saying is if you really want to understand or take the meaningful points in
Buddhism theory, focusing on whether there are 'six realms' is not a good
way. Because now you can neither prove this theory is right nor wrong by

在原始佛教的《杂阿含经》，有说 「刹那」与「刹那生灭」吗？
对照北传汉译《杂阿含经》和南传巴利文的《相应部》，近于「刹那生灭」的说法见于
北传的《杂阿含经》, 而不见于南传的《相应部》。所以「刹那生灭」的说法应当属于
部派佛教，而且跟说一切有部有关。
What's common between 2 诵本 is the mind changes quickly, much faster than
material body change. What's in question is the unit of time for change.
杂阿含290经
愚痴无闻凡夫，宁于四大色身系我、我所，不可于识系我、我所。所以者何？四大色身
，或见十年住，二十、三十，乃至百年，若善消息，或复少过；彼心、意、识，日夜、
时克，须臾不停，种种转变，异生异灭。譬如弥猴游林树间，须臾处处，攀捉技条，放

are already very clear about it, and the point has been elaborated by many
masters.
i.e.
What arises is only suffering (5 aggregates), what ceases is also suffering
(5 aggregates). There is no: personhood, someone who experiences arising or
ceasing, someone who experiences liberation, etc. in the ultimate sense. It
can only be said in a conventional sense.

very beginning?
Does 阿罗汉 have 五蕴? Or how can a living 阿罗汉 not have 五蕴 before his
