赛事：《SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon》我参加的是21KM Women's
Master Competitive
时间：12 Sep 2010 早晨5:15am
起跑点：Esplanda Bridge
终点：City Hall
准备阶段。从2009年12月参加完渣打银行资助的国际马拉松10公里赛事以后就开始准备
。平时在健身房的跑步机上练，一周至少3次，多时达到一周5次，每次跑4-5公里。原
本打算周末练10公里，但9个月以来，没练过一次。
自设的目标。由于在赛前没有跑过一次21公里，也没跑过10公里，在2010年的7和8月，
连平时的4-5公里训练都比较懈怠，我在赛前给自己设定的目标是完成赛程，全程不走
，在3小时以内完成。
比赛前后。这个赛事到今年已经是第15年了，报名费看涨，今年是S$30块。有计时的
chip、一件T恤衫，一堆商家赞助的优惠卷等等。12号早晨4点就爬起来了，4点20分搭
计程车去，司机告我，因为这个赛事，当局关闭了多个路段，他刚送一个洋人去比赛地

发帖数: 4931 | 6 not all soldiers are trained in distance running. many runners on this board would beat most marines in the marathon. still, in the US, the average soldiers are in fairly good shape. in my last reach the beach relay, one of our teammates is from the air force. despite that he never ran for more than 10 miles in his life, he had no problem handling 7:30 pace for a total of over 20 miles in the relay. you also hear about army rangers and marines in western states and badwater etc. |

发帖数: 4931 | 7 5K is a common distance run by army soldiers, and I wouldn't be surprised if
many of them can go sub 20.
However, I'm not sure what percentage of Chinese or American soldiers can
run say a sub 3:20 marathon
(which arguably requires less athleticism than a sub 20 5K). If they don't
train specifically for the marathon, I
bet very few could do it. |
