简述版本：
TI先讲了网球、高尔夫、棒球的击球发力方式：利用躯干转动来蓄能，就像load
spring一样，然后再利用躯干带动肩、肩带动大臂、大臂带动小臂这样层层加速达到最
大击球力量的。说游泳也应该这样最大化划水力量。
下面这两段话讲了怎样利用转体的时候来“蓄能”，但是我在理解上还是有困难，不是

是关键部位了。tailoring里面还是有很多讲究的，就跟玩车差不多。西装第一看肩膀
和领子，然后看袖子和armpit的剪裁，然后是chest和腰身，最后是下摆。领子肩膀一
定要服帖，就像粘在身上一样。euro version 的armpit一般裁得很高，然后袖子比较
窄。胸部较紧，里面就穿衬衫或vest。腰部taper一定要恰到好处。目前我在美国见到
穿西装最顺眼的是Steve Cobert,不过他的style还是比较偏american。还有比较classy
的是Cary Grant，他在西北偏北里面的西装可以当样板了。
国内，尤其是北方的裁缝，上来就assume你的jacket里面要穿毛衣，裤子里面要套秋裤
，所以别大头针试衣服的时候一定要坚绝。而且很多时候不是一次到位的，而是要来回
试若干position才能达到你想要的效果，所以不能怕麻烦，一直找到你想要的look为止。
跟裁缝打交道就跟理发差不多，给instruction要越具体越好。 |

打水如何帮助转体也要看两手配合方式。
如果采用中/中后交叉，划水侧手臂在水下动作时的两次同侧打水，和划水侧手臂空中
恢复结束即将入水时的一次异侧打水要帮助body rotation。很多人觉得手入水时和异
侧打水同步比较舒服。如果采用前/中前交叉，可以只用3次同侧打水帮助转体。
除了swim on the side，还要swim long and narrow。手划水结束之后停在髋旁边不宜
常练，当drill可以，但是正常游起来要及时做recovery。如果需要休息或者长一点的
时间换气，recovery可以慢一些，可以侧身多滑行一会儿，可以两手伸直夹头漂片刻，
但是不要让手停在髋旁边休息。不动的手增加人的前向profile，可能造成下半身下沉
，这些都增加drag。 |

influence on the apocrine gland where body odor components are secreted,
other than moisture promotes body bacterial growth and summer is usually
humid while winter air tends to be dry.
