一般说retailer都不会说自己的咖啡flavor是Acidity的。只会说bright or lively.
这种acidity是在舌尖和舌苔的感觉。
flavor还有aroma.balance, body, bittersweet, bitter, clean, complexity.
grassy, sour.种种。看个人喜好吧

含量高。对俄国人来说，酒精含量越高越好。
