先说说宝宝的症状吧：
宝宝每天睡下后，每一到两个小时醒一次，一晚上醒个七八次，九十次，不是要喝奶，
就是醒了要人哄。有时安慰奶嘴管用，有时安慰奶嘴不管用，要抱，放下就醒，有时只
有喂奶才能让宝宝安静下来。非常不consistent。宝宝很容易入睡，所以我了解到，其
实宝宝是没有自己入睡的能力。而不是常见的overtired，也不是作息没有规律。娃妈

跟娃不一样的。比如说你娃平时饿的时候，或者该喂的时候一般吃胸多长时间呢？然后
根据这个来判断下。另外，arousal一般发生在入睡后的2-3个小时。还有还得看娃的大
小。小娃的话有的晚上睡3个小时就要一吃，但长到4，5个月的时候，晚上应该能挺上
一段时间了。汉堡妈的意思，我理解是，如果是cosleep，arousal，即使胸喂也不会打
断娃的睡眠，如果需要从crib里捞出来喂，那么娃可能会彻底醒过来，娃的睡眠就失去

很多记得。读书的目的，其实不是为了读书而读书，为了高深莫测的知识而读书。读书
其实是为了自己的兴趣，自己能从书中学到什么，可以帮助自己一点什么，最后，自己
从书里学的可不可以应用到现实生活上去。这才是读书的目地。
好的书不是教会读者什么知识，而是读的人究竟能不能领会这书里要表达的。小说是怡
情，情色令人脸红，可是读这些书的感觉如何，自己才知道。读新闻使人知道窗外发生
什么事情。人与人，与世界，之间的关系是“知识”的中心，快乐的源泉。孤立是人最
大的敌人。。大方面的有国与国之间关系差，就会被对方孤立，一个国家与大多数国家
为敌，这个国家被孤立。。小方面的是两个朋友成为敌人就会想尽办法使对方和自己的
一切孤立。。牢房的囚犯犯错最重的惩罚是孤立关黑房。。
还记得这书里有说，那些离家出走的家庭主妇最大的原因是因为在家里得不到对方的赞
赏而走的。。这也就是说两人自己的关系从热恋的只会赞赏道只会数落的时候，也就是
分道扬镳的时候了。
