IRS确实是允许你同时有HSA/FSA的，只不过不是所有的expense都可以从FSA reimburse.

子赔款，以及辛丑条约当中涉及德国的，对中国的种种“惩罚”，并归还租界，等等。
涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗
劫德国侨产，成心让两国把梁子结大；但德国在广州的租界，英法却要分一杯羹。中国

心想：今后肯定不会幸福。
事实正好相反：他（她）们不但看起来幸福，而且离婚率也低。
有了稳定的家庭。
女人不但安心持家，在职场也占有一席之地。
男人更全力为事业打拼：攻城夺寨，在医疗，金融，计算机领域异军突起。
印裔家庭平均收入也名列前茅！
看样子：门当户对也不是沒有好处的。
