在外的，就可能最多有1，2张年费卡；而经常出差旅行的，拥有不同航空公司和旅馆的
信用卡，自然会有很多的好处，所以持有的年费卡会多些。。。回到楼主的命题，我们
是在讨论Barclay Arrival这张卡，即使对于持有多张年费卡的，也自然会考虑是否长
期保留这张卡的必要。卡的优点是不明而喻的，但关键的它的机会成本。要是这张卡一
年用不上几次，好处有限，自然没有必要交年费来保留了。。。 |

发帖数: 76 | 39 今天刚刚申了这张卡，秒过，给CL 5k。身为一个信用记录只有一年、CL从来没高于
1500的新手，还是挺激动的。。。
发现版上非常少讨论这张卡，我个人申这张卡的原因：
1、要去欧洲开会，需要一张no foreign trans fee的卡，又不想有年费，手头有
Discover是满足的，但是据说在欧洲基本不能用。
2、手头没有travel的卡，作为学生要求低，有年费的卡（比如蓝宝石、AMEX系列）不
是很划算。这张卡的travel定义很广，坐地铁、租车都算travel。
3、送$200 bonus，只能用在travel上。
本来首选是BOA travel，可是BOA只有1.5 points per $, 这张卡有2 miles = 2.2
cents per $，对比了一下完胜BOA，所以就申了。加上我没有FIA神卡，不能
everything 2%。
搜了一下版上很少讨论这张卡，然后就再搜了一下大家对no foreign trans fee卡的看
法，基本上都推荐BOA和C1，回国的话Discover，根本没有人提到过这种卡。看到一个

工作日的白天打电话的，客服转给了个account specialist，比较nice的问了一下问题
，我就说这张卡用的比较多啊，但是最近手头紧实在没钱付年费了，能不能帮忙转成个
无年费的卡啊。
其实我是想转Sallie mae的，但是客服帮我搞了个无年费的arrival，特意问过了，不
算new application,不会Hard pull。
anyway，也就凑合用吧。 |

我自问自答一下吧，其实问之前考古了版上，但是看到的说的都是us airways 的后门
电话，866-408-4064 不知道arrival plus 是不是同一个电话，打了试了，但是5点
EST 就下班了。。。
今天早上打了这个电话，客服问了点问题，工作单位，收入，工作几年，为什么要申请
这张卡，以及每个月balance是多少，客服说under review 的主要原因是已经有了一张
barclay的卡 （就是昨天申请的us airway嘛）,然后说你的信用还是很好的，就给过了
，也是5000的 credit limit
也不知道我这种 under review 打电话过的，会不会再来个hard pull？ |
