矿泉水，又分泉水和山泉水，是从商店买来的。这种水保持着大自然给予的所有矿物质
。我测试了不同牌子，有的偏酸些，有的偏碱些，唯独一个牌子PH值正好在7.35~7.45
之间，它叫Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water。据说在北美只有几个牌子的水是ＰＨ
值正好的，它就是其中之一。我对喝水的讲究也边及周围的朋友们，不论到朋友家作客
，或是在中文学校等地方，只要看到别人手里拿的水瓶子不对，我就建议她（他）改喝
Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water。有意思的是,那两年我在中文学校董事会做义工,
每次学校活动都买Arrowhead山泉水，说是怕买了别的水我会唠叨，其实他们也是讲健
康嘛。现在周围朋友的水瓶子不少都换成了Arrowhead，有朋友告诉我说，她做饭也开
始用这个牌子的水。我想Arrowhead 是应该付我推销费的（玩笑）。

上山走的330，太崎岖了，不敢开太快，爬了一个小时
下山从Arrowhead下来的，走18，稍微远了些，大概10迈，比330好开多了，有很长一段

唯一能挑战我圣佩顿率领的大野驴，只有12月的弃妇主场。
都说海鹰魔鬼主场，狐狸堡风雪可怕。。。其实12月弃妇的Arrowhead主场才是客队输
球率最高的地方。平时弃妇不咋样，一到12月的Arrowhead-----god bless you!
今年我野驴的offense达到恐怖级，连破多项数据，除了两个Thomas，Decker，歪客这
些长枪短炮，跑锋Moreno其实帮了大白菜一大把，大家没太注意到。
RB分两类，一类是雷大米这类north-south的壮汉型power RB，尼玛吨位大、蛮壮得象
头牛，常常把拦截的LB撞个人仰马翻；另一类是我野驴爱用的快速猎豹型RB，吨位不大
但跑速快，靠O-line的zone blocking和快速变向来获得码数。

发帖数: 4053 | 31 昨晚比赛过程充分证明俺赛前的指点：胜负不是取决于大曼宁，而是我驴defense。
PM昨晚的思路很明确：不受伤（准确说是不加重脚踝伤势）。因此这不会是一场飚分比
赛，大白菜使出的力道最多60% 。。。这不是playoff比赛，甚至都不会决定是否能进
入playoff，what the hell.
因此，PM拿球就快速出手，绝不拖拉，一切保护自己不被hit --- 结果是好几次WR/TE
都还未跑到位，球就先到了，这在PM过去很少出现的，但这是保护自己必须付出的代价。
这个时候，就看我驴defense能否顶住Chiefs进攻 --- 以前比赛大都是offense带帮
defense，这次要靠defense一把了。D昨晚站了出来，主场也需要卖力，加上弃妇的铁
匠实在很一般，遇上像样一点的defense就歇菜，于是我驴拿下了比赛，弃妇破处。
昨晚最大的结果是PM一次都没被hit，让我等驴饭长输一口气！这对PM恢复脚踝伤势大
有帮助，甚至对Denver这赛季的最终结果都会有影响，让一干白菜黑驴黑们失望了，呵
呵。唯一损失是外客整了个康卡神，但愿不严重。

儿子游泳，上中文学校，我跑步。比较欣赏自己的时间安排哦。就是 drop kids,
running, pick up kids, go home for dinner.
今天在Arrowhead track field 跑了，感想颇多。自己高中优异的体育，报考军校好
像也没有占便宜。去了一所综合大学，然后我们系就对我的高中非常感兴趣了。 |

关颖珊在5岁时开始对花样滑冰产生兴趣，因为哥哥是一位冰上曲棍球的球员，而姊姊
则是花样滑冰选手，所以她跟随着他们从事冰上运动。在关颖珊大约8岁大时，她开始
与姊姊凯伦进行严格的训练。

她们每天练习3到4小时，每天在早上3点起床练习溜冰，直到上学时间；放学后又马上
回溜冰场报到。因为关颖珊父母是工人，所以溜冰花费增加使得关颖珊全家面临了财务
困境。关颖珊的母亲于是再兼第二份工作，她的父亲也增加工作时间来应付溜冰费用与
教练费。最后关颖珊一家决定卖掉他们的房子，但是仍然不够支应溜冰专业的支出。在
关颖珊10岁时，关家已无力再雇用教练，不过他们也得到洛杉矶花样滑冰俱乐部在财务
上的帮助，而且允许关颖珊她们可以在加利福尼亚州箭头湖（Arrowhead）的冰之城堡
国际训练中心（Ice Castle International Training Center）进行练习。 |
