美国喝过最好的就是FIJI.很纯很纯，没有有些矿泉水那种怪味，依云的水也不错，但
还是FIJI最好。
最不好喝的水是：ARROWHEAD。还不如CVS的水好。
斐濟水（英語：FIJI Water），是一個源自斐濟群島瓶裝水的品牌。礦泉水是來源地是
Viti Lenu 島上的Nakauvadra山的地下水。
公司於1996年成立，直至1997年尾，開始托運到美國發售。品牌現提供330毫升、0.5公
升、1公升以及1.5公升的包裝出售。
斐濟水品牌的礦泉水由太平洋往來的信風淨化。而且取水的地點位於Viti Levu 山谷，
受到當地火山岩層覆蓋，是經火山岩過濾的天然雨水。亦由於斐濟群島遠離已發展國家
，故此該泉水無水源污染和人造成份。 |

，跟我边上几个城市的自来水用水是同一地下水层，可以说是同一水源。
老美的自来水我见过的基本上除了加氯气就没什么处理，也不用处理。见过一家有离子
交换去除一些放射性离子 |

Championship.
昨天孩子游泳时候，自己去了gym. 碰到一对High school girl, 就在我边上lane.
游的时候才知道中国的一句古话：癞蛤蟆想吃天鹅肉。人家的腿真像美人鱼，踢的快而
且有力。
60分钟搞定2500， 觉得时间过的比平时要快点哦。
外面骑车太冷了，今天第一次参加master swim, 65分钟游了3000 yard. 我的上肢已经
差不多ready master swim了，下肢还不行。决定下周开始参加master swim。
biking 已经给自己提供了强大的base, 现在上肢的肌肉耐力也不错。我还是有信心能
在master
swim 里面混混的，当然是慢的lane 哦。 |
