be 8k lower than now on avg? doubt, unless tons of foreclosure dumped into
the mkt? (in some area, it will be the case).
the thing that I concern is the rate will go higher, gov has to fight the
inflation.
So, my personal opinion is time is decent for buyer target at mid-lower end
house.
(no too much room to drop more and 8k a big chunk of the total price)
For high end house, there will be more hit.

发帖数: 12 | 26 最近看中的一所小房子，有些喜欢，可是有两个问题很难办：
1、二楼一间卧室的门框被墙体压缩变形以致门没办法关上。门左上角的墙壁还有长约
20公分的弯曲裂缝，没法判断墙体里面是否也有裂痕。据inspector判断，这面墙并非
承重墙，仅仅是因为隔墙墙体下沉而引起的表面裂痕。Inspector说如果是建房后5年内
出现，而后20年没有变化，那就没有问题。但因房屋多次转手，不能判断这个裂缝时什
么时候出现的。（请看图）我们该怎样确定是结构问题还是表面问题？这个问题严重吗？
2。 Roof 在4年前整修过。但具体为什么整修和怎样整修的并不清楚。有明显两层
shingle. Inspector上artic看后发现有白色隔板隔在insulation和屋顶木板之间用以
打开屋檐的venting口。部分venting口依然被insulation塞着。屋顶木板沿gutter边缘
有宽度约一米的黑色霉斑痕迹。但整个屋顶没有水浸痕迹。 Inspector 说如果没有屋
顶整修记录，他很难判断这些霉斑痕迹和白色隔板是整修之后还是之前就存在的。 请

prolactin test. Those two are normal.
Apart from exercise, another potential factor might be eating carrots. I
have approximately one large carrot per day (about 15cm in length). I don't
know whether that might be a cause since I once read an artical saying
carrots may cause amenorrhea or infecundity... |

比现在35万还实惠。而且那个时候的百人都有政策房，没记错好像是7000一平米。
现在周边的二手房已经涨到5-6.5万一平米了，而工资只涨了不到一倍。而且没有政策
房了。房补其实是看个人，都是百人也不一样，关键是看你有多抢手。我知道有位猛人
拿着三篇Nature Artical， 一篇NSMB，两篇JBC，能搞到150多万的房补。其他人可能
都没有这么多。 |
