公司，因为当时完全搞不懂，全部只写了我哥哥一个人的名字，所以公司变成只有我哥
哥一人持有（我哥哥是公民），拿到了联邦税号和内华达的Articels of
Incorporation(没有再继续办其他的公司成立手续，没有办公司银行账号); 当时的
business address写的我在Kentucky的家庭地址，因为期间发生了很多事情，我没有去
KY注册tax registration，只在网上申请了Louisville Metro Revenue Commission 的
Occupational License Tax Reporting(account) number。但是从1月3号开始一直在
amazon上面用这个公司的联邦税号卖东西，银行账号是我的个人账号，我现在已经搬家
到明尼苏达州。
请问这家公司现在合法存在吗？年底amazon给IRS报税表的时候会有什
么后果？
现在我有两个想法，麻烦你们帮我参考一下哪个更可行？

shares until it peaks. China won't chase high copper price as I said in the
previous posting. It's however that January usally pushes the copper price
high, due to construction needs in summer. An articel (last weekend - I can

copper might be peak sometime in early 2009. My strategy is to reduce shares at

5. Orgiginal scientific contribution就是科研贡献。
6. Authorship of books or articels in professional journals with
international circulations就是论文。
上述六个标准，需要至少满足其中两个标准，才可以申请EB1B.
你没有paper和patent，要claim第5项和第6项，比较难。

以前一直都是WTI比Brent略高，因为WTI油质好。Spread的主要原因是因为Cushing的
stock pile up，因为Cushing的输出管道有限，所以造成了WTI的油在市场上可deliver
的能力有限，所以就造成了WTI价格沦为一个纯粹的市场交易价格。而下游产品的价格
更多的跟着Brent联动。 |

i think don't try to find any solution. maybe you have the feeling that you

AUTHOR had several posters around April asking advice for her mother's
illness, which demonstrated her true intention to save her mother's life.
now when her mother got better, she took time to write the experience. I am
sure her true intention is to let others know it is possible that patients
suffered from cancer could benifit from chinese medicine therapy. though the
