is an NFA regulated item which requires rather simple/complicated paperwork
based on your state law.
You won't be deaf unless you put your ear next to the muzzle, then you maybe
deaf in one year. Some short term ringing maybe, mostly reversible, but
death is not reversible.
hearing conservation for military was practically non-existence until the
