为什么Asian% 的有AA和没AA的绝对差越来越大， 而新一代Asain是越来越优秀。

留学美国，不是一个人的故事能够概括的，何况很多有着辛酸与成功经历的
predecessors早已对这一话题有过充分的阐述。比如，某个女博士用7年时间从某理工
科PhD转到Law School读JD，最后找到理想工作，但却失去了爱情，逝去了青春的故事
；以及某个十万男，拿着滕校学位，经历各种竞争淘汰，拿到华尔街某银行高薪工作后
，发现蛋疼，生不出孩子，老婆吵着要离婚的故事；当然，也还有某高材生，被骗回国
，拿着空头支票，后悔不已，遂跳楼自尽的故事；还有多年前发生在本校的某孤僻天才
怪男，打手枪，和自己的中国师弟，以及美国教授同归于尽的故事。
我来美国才一年半，尽管租了房，买了车，总算适应了Iowa City这个中西部小城的生
活和环境，可很多经历和想法仍还处于发展阶段，也还没有上述提到的那些曲折精彩浪
漫感人的故事。但是，作为一个有着实验精神的实践派“经验”主义者，以及爱荷华大
学电影系10年来的唯一中国研究生以及目前全系唯一的亚洲研究生（今年新来的某孤僻
韩裔美国学生不列入此类别），趁现在对美国的很多初始印象还记忆深刻，我的感受和

this issue. I think to fight for SCA5 we need to gain as many votes as

.0级别，incline1.0 又是满头大汗，爽的！
我每次进健身房，感觉老好的，特别是前30分钟weights的时候，我一上来就是深蹲
15X3组，然后lungies15X3组, 接着bench crunches 30X2组， bench press 和一系列
的arm weights各3组。 每次肌肉男：白人GG 和黑人GG疑惑的看看我，大概觉得我这个小小的
Asain girl 满强的，每次来都举重。呵呵。。。。。（其实我用的是5磅，我不想把
arm弄的太粗，只要有肌肉的形状出来就好了，需要调成8磅-10磅？）。
哎， 减重和让身体匀称，这个过程真是漫长！ 快要一个月了，肚子上的3圈肉还没有
下去，重量只是减少2磅，很多高手都说，这个2磅简直是没减一样。真不知道怎么才能
更有效？ |

Asains? There are a lot data out there showing what normal body fat
percertage should be. I susppect the statistics is mostly from non-Asians.
Asians are generally slimmer, so,I think the norm of fat% is lower, but don
