据A夫人讲：A君去年3月腹痛难忍，检查发现是中晚期结肠癌引起的肠梗阻。于是做了
结肠全切，术后恢复良好。然后进行化疗（奥沙利铂加希罗达），6个疗程，一直到9月
底结束。从化疗开始就一直用中药调理，除了一点恶心和肌肉酸痛外，没有其他副作用
；各项检查指标正常。不料今年4月回医院复查，却发现肝转移。随即出现胆管梗阻，
黄疸指数上升，无法化疗；开始持续高烧40～41℃，肝脏出血，肺部感染，不幸英年早
逝。
奥沙利铂和希罗达（CapeOx: Capecitabine and oxaliplatin）是目前最常用的治疗肠
癌的化疗药组合之一。美国癌症协会认为这种组合比其他组合疗效更好，但是副作用更
大。
希罗达是口服药，经消化吸收后在体内被转化成5-氟尿嘧啶，抑制DNA合成和打乱RNA转
录；奥沙利铂是静脉注射药，通过产生水化衍生物作用于DNA，形成链内和链间交联，
抑制DNA的合成。
A君的肝转移检查在一年时间里从无到有（其间还有6个月的化疗！），说明该组合的化
疗对A君的癌细胞基本上没有杀伤作用。
化疗药的剂量是化疗治疗方案里极其重要的因素之一。

美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）2010年度会议于6月4-8日在芝加哥开幕。虽然新的抗肿瘤药
物依然是本次年会的关注重点，但现有药物最新研究进展同样也引起大家的高度关注。
以下是在本次年会上报道的某些现有抗肿瘤药物的最新研究进展要点。
Sprycel（扑瑞赛，Dasatinib达沙替尼）：一项临床研究表明，百事美施贵宝（BMS）
的Sprycel对于新确诊的CML患者的疗效优于标准治疗药物格列卫（Gleevec）。目前
Sprycel为CML二线治疗药物，依据此项临床研究数据，BMS争取将Sprycel申报为CML一
线治疗用药。
Avastin（阿瓦斯汀，Bevacizumab贝伐单抗）：一项三期临床研究结果表明，对于已经
出现转移的晚期卵巢癌患者，接受罗氏制药的Avastin联合其他化疗药物，再单独应用
Avastin，与只接受化疗相比，无进展存活率提高。

回头我也看了最近的一次CC答记者问，管理层对年内的partnership貌似很有把握，对ASCO的宣传也不遗余力。按说很有炒作题材。

【看中国2016年06月10日讯】（看中国记者端木珊综合报导）美国临床肿瘤学会年会，
日前在美国芝加哥举行，逾3万名肿瘤专家与会。一篇关于修炼法轮功健康获得改善的
研究论文也在会上发表，受到医学界关注。
美肿瘤学会论文：法轮功延长癌末病患生命
临床肿瘤学会ASCO官网刊登的论文摘要显示，根据对152例预估存活时间不到1年的癌症
末期患者进行研究发现，这些平均预估存活时间只有5.1个月的患者，在修炼法轮功后
，实际存活时间的平均值延长到56个月。直到研究完成时，仍有149位患者健在。
此外，97%的患者在修炼法轮功后，癌症症状消失。而且修炼法轮功对缓解癌症症状的
平均起效时间仅为1.3个月。
