My institute lawyer asked everyone for EB1a/b or EB2, even H1b visa to have

bureau does not have a clear requirement on lower limit of pay. THey just
request th pay should not be lower than a Japanese with the same background
and job. It aslo depends on what type of visa you are applying for.SHe might
