1994年Gun Free Schools Act 通过，同时联邦政府迫使各州也通过了类似法律之后，
在全国范围内，任何公立中小学内携枪都属于federal felony, 同时校园屠杀案却如雨

般不断增加。从94年至今至今已发生14起，每两年一起。

电视台播出的画面显示，着黑色衣服留长发的女子脸部经模煳处理。她身旁围着10余人，有人拉住她的手，有人抓肩膀，甚至有人扯住头发，不让她离开。

Han are O3a5 (over 50%), also have O2 and O3a3, but D,C, etc. are rare.
It is likely that Han's ancestors invaded Qiang's land and mixed with the locals.
The purest O3 is 独龙族, 100%. Also, people in northeastern Indian (Assam,Nagaland, etc.) have very high percentage of O3. I guess those areas are the place where the original Han people evolved. |

云南明朝时是土司管理。
至于缅甸，泰国，老挝，柬埔寨就差了远了，缅甸当时是Shan和Assam两个独立王国，
泰国还在Ayutthaya Kingdom统治之下，老挝和柬埔寨也是独立的，跟明朝最多是关系
好，尤其是泰国，离中国的省差太远了。 |

中国人和缅甸越南人是亲戚
比如中国人里有相当大比例的人有不同程度的地包天，这是典型的南岛小黑人的基因，
蒙满韩就完全没有。日本也有南岛小黑人的基因。
现在分子遗传学已经确定了，就是中国人不愿意承认，中国的主体民族是haplograph N
，C型的老亚洲人，被从印度东北，nagaland, assam来的O3 型新亚洲人征服，所以中
国大约有60%的是O3 型人，但O3 型人本身很少，虽然他们的Y染色体因为政府传
给了大多数中国人，但母系一边还是老亚洲人，南岛小黑人，所以中国人里长得奇形怪
状的很多，就是这个原因
纯种的O3型，现在印度东北的一些村子是，长相非常协调，鼻子，眼睛，颅骨形状更加
像高加索人，而不是中国人。因为O3本身是和高加索的R型接近，和N，C型很远的。 |

印度东北地区的阿萨姆省、阿鲁纳查省、那加兰省、梅加拉雅省、曼尼坡省、米左拉姆
省和特利普拉省七省，以及西北部的查谟暨喀什米尔省，虽然是印度境内自然风景最宜
人的地区，但也是分离主义运动最活跃的地区，动乱频仍，印度政府限制外人进入。

线”、“波多民族民主阵线”和“卡塔普尔解放组织”是阿萨姆邦三大反政府武装组织
。“阿萨姆联合解放阵线”是其中最大的一个，它成立于1979年，以实施暗杀、绑架、
袭击军警等暴力活动而著称，其宗旨要把该邦从“印度统治下解放出来”。印度政府在
上世纪90年代曾先后动用了8个陆军旅和4个陆军师，对它实施大规模围剿。但该组织残
余的主战派与邻邦的恐怖分子串连，继续进行暴力活动，而且还在印度邻国不丹拥有9
个营地。“波多民族民主阵线”和“卡塔普尔解放组织”两个组织也拥有8个和3个训练
