2. How can I check the details about a specific assembly instruction, for
example “leal”? under ubuntu, we can use “man fork” to check the details
of fork. But is there a similar way to check the assembly instruction?

assembly kit. you can clone up to 6 fragments. Make sure use their
competent cells, since the assembly rxn many times is not compatible with
competent cells from other companies such as invitrogen or homemade cells.
you can use NEBuilder software to design your primers: http://nebuilder.neb.com/.

对于machine code,assembly language能解决的问题就是相同的architecture的机器，但是指
令代码不一样的情况。这样的情形有点无聊啊。

dependence. 比如说相同的architecture,不同的machine,可以run同样的assembly
program. 可是同样的assembly program,按照我的理解，就是instruction set，
register，addressing什么的都定了。如果这样的话，除了易读性，我看不出软工教科
书上提到的

我们组主要目前正在开发denovo assembly的软件，主要目标是能够结合我们公司的测
序技术来组装human genome，希望能够超过现有的assemblers表现，获得高覆盖度低错
误率。职位本身是入门级的，以实现算法开发程序为主，会有相当多的编程任务。

职位还是不多见。
主要用到已有的de novo assembly的pipeline（Trinity，SOAP，oases等）来组装数据
，还是要自己开发？要求会C++，python编程看样子是要开发软件吗？
序列来自人、动物、植物还是微生物？Genome还是transcriptome？测序的技术是
Illumina、PacBio还是其它技术？主要是做基础研究还是有具体应用？我对这几个问题
挺感兴趣主要是想了解一下这个领域趋势。我觉得很多应用已经不能局限在仅使用
reference上，会丢掉不少参考序列里没有的但是可能有价值的信息。de novo
assembly对硬件、运算时间、算法等都要求很高，但是结果会很有价值。

吱咯吱的噪音。去修车铺检查了一下，说是需要换STRUT ASSEMBLY （STRUT MODULAR
ASEEMBLY应该是一样的东西吧？），四个parts加上labor要小两千了！我这破车都不一
定值这个价钱了呃！
于是求问各位：
1. STRUT ASSEMBLY是不是一定要换？
2. 如果需要换，是需要四个一起换么？会不会只需要换其中某一个，而修车铺为了多
赚钱所以让我都换掉？
3. 自己动手的难度大不大？
4. amazon上面买的不同牌子和价钱的差别在哪里？

发帖数: 476 | 46 strut assembly一般推荐50k miles换一次，不过只要shock absorber不漏油，弹簧没
裂就可以用。你可以自己翻开strut里面的橡胶套看看有没有漏油。
个人经验，很多转弯颠簸的异响都是一些bushing之类造成的。丰田常见的问题是sway
bar bushing和lower control arm bushing(rear)。如果是strut造成异响一般是上座
（strut mount），这玩艺换着比换一个strut assembly还麻烦不过配件很便宜。
建议你别修了，凑合开。丰田车基本出现这问题的话是修不好的，除非你把所有的
suspension bushings一次性全换掉。主要是多数bushing都老化了，你换一两个短时间
能好，但是那些坏bushing会极大地加速新bushing的老化，用不了多久又会出现异响。
丰田车可靠就是这么来的。 |

左边新换的，直接都是u型的，而且都他妈看见彩虹了。。。
这个是aim的问题还是assembly质量太差？
我知道geico换都不是oem，但是这个差别有点太大了吧？
