initiative
貌似，你想要的是assertive
其实就是自信心，对自己的能力有信心且乐意且能主动显示自己的能力/能量
竞争意识，又是另外一回事
看孩子的天生倾向，然后再引导？目的就是中庸？
不怕竞争，同时不以竞争/取胜为生活的唯一目的，不以与他人比较/竞争为相处模式？ |
