发帖数: 5243 | 5 今天早上骑车上班。在一条两条lane的路上的右边的lane骑。之前是一个大路口的红绿
灯。绿灯之后，是一个小上坡。因为一直是最大档，所以一开始启动有点慢。大概十秒
之内，速度到了18mph左右，并且还在加速。这时候，忽然感觉到后面一阵风，一辆
highlander从我后面换lane，开过我的时候一阵喇叭。因为距离很近鸣喇叭，着实吓我
一跳。当时我就“Fuck off”骂回去了。其实当时另外一跳lane上根本没车，他嫌我慢
完全可以超过去。等大概骑了2mile，前面的红灯又把他挡住了。当时我有些气不过，
想上去敲他窗户骂他asshole。结果刚到他车边上就绿灯了。没骂上。现在还在想要不
要找到他的车，把他车划花。当然我这么想的确很asshole了。不过那人是不是也够混
蛋的？ |

上次买房子的时候本来想要一个Short Sale，Sell Agent真的是一个地道的Asshole，
但那好歹还是接触以后才知道的。
这次这个更牛比了，在南加，我们看到一个Short Sale，电话从来不接，后来再打，直
接进留言，居然说所有想买某套房的听好了，房子里面和照片上一样，没什么看头了，
房价就是银行的价格。你出了Full Price之后，如果接受了我们再谈。
这TMD的什么乱七八糟的啊？照片看了不看房就直接下Offer啊？就是下Offer也的下给
他啊，你妈的电话都不接，就算SB到直接下Offer，怎么下啊？
所以想想能有门路从银行拿到这些REO和Short Sale的，还真没几个是好东西。 |

前几周刚被一个随意换lane的大妈撞了侧后方
昨天在主路上开着40m/h，小路上突然冲出来一辆stop sign完全不停的van横穿主路,速

我刹车踩到死，几乎停在主路上，van擦着我的车头冲过去
还好后面没车，否则一定被追尾

一个月前NOID说我contribution不够，说推荐信没多大用，要pre-existing
independent and objective evidence。 我说好呀，于是把所有citation里highlight
我的文章都重新强调一遍，然后再找两个人写了很给力的推荐信，有让4个合作者说我
的东西给他们很大帮助，相关文章很快就会发出来。结果denial letter对这些
evidence一个字没提，又说了一遍推荐信没多大用，要pre-existing independent and
objective evidence。
