好像是Pam Young。上次我去参观的时候正好assitant teachers都不在。正常情况下从
早上开门一直到九点是两个老师，九点到下午四点有三个老师，再往后是两个老师。24
个孩子一个班，看着有点乱，所以虽然交了100刀报名费，还是有点犹豫要不要去。宝

我和先生在日本工作,30岁不到没有孩子,他是做高端半导体设备技术支持的,现在得
到SD总部的OFFER,决定以L1的身份去工作 (公司是嫌H1申请要到明年4月 而且抽签怕不
走运,所以就办L1,实际上编制什么都跟美国,与日本子公司无关了,工作第2年开始会去
申请绿卡)
我签L2,虽然可以工作,但我英语水平也就是大学6级,现在的工作是在日本公司做会
计,去了美国后肯定需要一定的过渡期.自己想先学个短期的美国会计培训课程,4个月以
内的吧 其实世界各国会计的原理都是一样的,税收和实际业务操作上会有不同,所以我
想先上个课程摸摸底,以便在美国找到工作.要求不高只要能找个accounting assitant
的工作就好.如果有经验的朋友麻烦推荐我一些学校或者相关课程或者可以共同分享一
些会计工作信息.
另外SD的日企多吗? 英语过关之后我的优势大概也就是日本工作经验了,所以找日企
可能会容易些吧.
还有一个就是很俗的生活成本问题,在日本base salary虽不如美国,但我们双职工,老

你LG是去Cymer? L1给9万稍微有点低. 不过没小孩又不准备马上做房奴的话, 生活应该
不比日本差, 关键是东西便宜. 等你有工作, 双收入生活就更滋润了.
读accounting基本就去SDSU, 或community colleges. 三叠国日本公司很多, 跟电子方
面有关的大小都有分公司, 办事处啥的. 很多是边界两边都有. 大的象索尼, 京瓷, 还
有松下, 东芝, 雅马哈, 等等. 不过近年生意不太好.

actually it has nothing to do with Fang. Kaifu translates assitant prof
to fu jiao shou, if it is true, it is a mistake, no matter it is in
CV or autobiography, no matter it is found by fang or anyone else.
associate professor means you get tenure, big difference from assistant prof. |

那年CMU的AP里最年轻的。我也觉得这应该是自传里的一种包装粉饰。但是自传不是科
学论文也不是正式简历，甚至从某种意义上说是基于事实的文学创作，包装包装有什么
大惊小怪的？如果别人从这里吹毛求疵可以，他这样“狡辩”也没什么不可以的。
再说CMU计算机学院的research scientist一直以来就是和AP差不多的，根本不是你“
CMU现在把他看作光耀的校友，在那封校方出具的证明信里，说CMU里这些title差别都
不大”所暗示的。除了tenure/non-tenure的区别外，还有就是AP一定要教课而RS可教
可不教，其它基本一样，都带博士博士后做PI。原因之一是CMU学校小位置少但是可申
请的项目却很多，需要较多年轻老师带学生搞funding，这些人到其他学校拿个tenure
位置并不难。正因为外面的人往往不了解情况把RS当postdoc，搞得这些年轻老师很不
爽，近些年陆续走了一些。学校也因此在几年前把research scientist统一改成

保险公司也不会给你赔偿.实际上,如果你equity 在房子上(地震带),最好有地震险,尤
其是中国人,房子一倒,你downpay/equity 就蒸发了.如果,zero downpay的同学,到是不
用担心.地震的时候,国家一般不会赔偿地震损失,最多给你free intest loan
assitance.为了避免保险公司倒闭,最好选大的保险公司. |

1。 主席发挥是差点，不过人都有高潮低潮么。
有点起伏很正常地说。
2。 看得出来，主要是累了。后来被狼王盖的那几个

ago. He's regarded as the strongest guard in China (thought i doubt that
because of Wu Qinglong).
I believe Liu should gain some weights these years, and he's 3cm shorter
